Started hearing a noise which seemed to be in the drive train. Dropped it off to be diagnosed. Was told it may take up to two days. Next day I was called that the issue was diagnosed and fixed and covered train. Dropped it off to be diagnosed. Was told it may take up to two days. My buying experience was the best ever. Shawn Waara answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very helpful during the complete buying process. They didn't try to add unneeded items to the price of the car. The price I was quoted... was the price I paid.... no add-ons. Also, no one was pushy about anything concerning the purchase of the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Outstanding people to work with. I will be sending all my friends and family to see Shawn when they are ready for a new vehicle. Thumbs up all the way around!! :-) More
