I had a fantastic experience with Herb Gordon and Bruce! I had just been dealing with Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown last week, trying to purchase a 2011 Altima Hybrid. They had rushed me, lied to me, manip I had just been dealing with Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown last week, trying to purchase a 2011 Altima Hybrid. They had rushed me, lied to me, manipulated me and just basically tried to screw me. When they first started acting shady I called Bruce and explained the situation. He actually told me that Hamilton had gotten me a really good deal and I should take it. He didnt try to pressure me to come to Herb Gordon at all. He was very straightforward and honest with me. Once I realized the "good deal" at Hamilton was a lie, Bruce got me the same offer with the same bank Hamilton had been working with--only the APR Bruce quoted me was 1% less. We realized Hamilton had lied to me about the APR. I met with Bruce Saturday, and he got me in and out in less than 3 hours. I got a fair deal, was never pressured or rushed, and was treated with respect. His customer service skills were exceptional. When I had trouble with the chairs in his office, he not only found me a more accomodating chair for his office, but arranged for me to have one in the Finance Manager's office without me even having to ask. I got a very fair deal and was not pressured much by the Finance Manager to purchase add ons that I did not want. I would have liked a lower payment, but they honorfed the price Hamilton had quoted me and, honestly, I'd prefer to pay a little more and have a worry free experience than to go through the xxxx Hamilton put me through. Bruce eased my stress and my worries and made my satisfaction his #1 priority. Herb Gordon has a true professional in Mr. Kim--I hope they realize it!
