We have been taking our murano to HG for service since 2007. We had different service advisors and we were not very happy about them. We always like how George treats and interact with his customers. When the time came for my mom who was looking at a new sedan I made no hesitations of pointing her towards Alan again to help us out. We came in at 9am and by 12pm my mom was driving out with her brand new 2012 Altima. As always, we were treated with respect. Nothing was ever pressured and overall experience was above and beyond. Before leaving saw a 2010 Lexus and asked Bruce if we could take "another ride". He did not hesitate - "sure" he said. I liked it but wanted to shop at some other dealers. I went to two other nearby dealerships (one a Lexus) and did find a comparable car, drove it and was ready to buy. Called Bruce back and told him of the other vehicle. He said it sounded like a great deal and I should take it. I was ready to sign with the other dealer when I found that the Navigation system listed on the inventory sheet for the car was not one of the vehicle options. A mistake I was told. I called Bruce back and asked if we could meet. He held the price for me and we had a deal. Spoke with the service manager Greg Edwards who went over the details of what they had done with the car. Paperwork went fast. My wife and I were finished in no time. Loved the treatment. I would recommend friend or family to HG Nissan. More
