babboo620, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We’re very sorry to hear of your experience at Herb Gordon Nissan. After looking into your experience more closely, we determined that we did in fact indicate that the vehicle was non-repairable. When this happens, we’re required to get a Nissan inspector to confirm the vehicle is also non-repairable. Unfortunately, Nissan took too long to come and evaluate your vehicle. This was due to the overwhelming demands the Nissan inspectors faced during this recall. After Nissan inspected your vehicle, they determined that the car should be repaired. We made the repairs at our body shop and it did take over a week to complete. We understand your frustration with this situation and apologize again for your experience. If there is anything we can do, or if you would like to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.
