He ensured that the car was washed and with a full tank of gas before we got to the dealership. Upon our arrival, Kevin introduced us to Ron Hong who would help oversee the entire purchase process. Ron was very friendly and personable, and took the time to go over the car in great detail. He was patient as I thoroughly inspected the vehicle. He updated us constantly as the manager appraised my trade in, finance ran my credit app and verified the numbers that Kevin provided were on point. I was attended by Mr. Noah Black, who was very nice, pleasant and professional as well by Mr. Kevin Yi who was equally nice, straight forward and with good sense of humor. They did their best to help me out meet my finances and my car of choice. I was very satisfied with their services as well as the other staff who were there on the day I pick the car. Everything was prepared and ready for me, from the car to the final paper works, which did not take long to complete. I will gladly recommend Herb Gordon to my friends and colleagues. I was so impressed with this dealership!! The sales manager, Bruce Kim, was absolutely great to work with. I started my new car search in early January and originally inquired regarding a Murano. I think I changed my mind at least 5 times b/t new and used, model, color etc., however Bruce was extremely helpful in answering all my questions in great detail. Once I finally came to the dealership I did a total 180 and went with an Altima, but he was able to give me the best information and made the entire purchasing process extremely easy. The day I came to pick up the car, I came in with a whole new set of last minute questions (mainly related to financing) but he was still patient and took the time to walk through everything until I was comfortable with the purchase. Car dealerships usually have a bad reputation for trying to push people into buying a car, but I can say that this dealership is the one exception to that rule - especially after talking to other dealerships in the area. Herb Gordon Nissan was over an hour out of my way, but the Sales Manager so professional and helpful it was worth the trip!! More

I drove 3 hours, but it was so worth my time. Sales person was GREAT and others were very nice, friendly and so willing to make your experience a one of a kind. I hardly had to do a thing, unlike the time Rosenthal Toyota lost the paperwork for my trade-in & refused to give me my tags unless I replaced it. (Calling a lawyer did the trick, actually.) More
The sales team is great, but the service department is awful. It took over a week and a half for me to get a return to call to schedule an appointment to have my bumper worked on. (I hadn’t had the car more than 20 days at this point.) I finally was able to schedule an appointment and was promised a loaner car upon my arrival. Not only was there no loaner car available, there was no record that I had even made an appointment. My contact person had left for the day, and nobody else seemed to have a clue what do or what needed to be done. I was asked to come back the following morning where I would have a loaner car ready and my car would be worked on. I reluctantly agreed (the drive is 30 miles and three tolls-- one way) but scheduled to come back at 7:30am the following day. They were expecting me this time (Lynn was pleasant and helpful), but still no loaner car. Instead, I was taken across the street to rent a car where I had to put $100 up front in order to drive away in a car, per their policy. The entire scenario was inconvenient and extremely unprofessional, to say the least. It is pointless to offer a great product if what goes on behind the scenes is a total disaster. More

Recently, we had an experience that highlighted the importance of the dealership long after the purchase is made. We fortunately selected Herb Gordon Nissan to purchase our daughter's first car and learned first-hand of their integrity and emphasis on customer satisfaction. She experienced a series of rare and unexpected events with the car, a situation which was very concerning and which could have been a nightmare. General manager Van Westerland, a true professional, stepped up and took charge of the situation until it was successfully resolved. He dealt with the situation as a human being and not as a "sales person" and thanks to him our story had a happy ending. I cannot imagine a better place to buy a Nissan. More
