Ksprabhu - When conducting Maryland State Safety inspections, Herb Gordon Nissan spares the customer the unnecessary expense of replacing power steering or brake fluid since the recommended interval is every three years. We do a visual inspection of the fluids and if they are particle-free, we don't have a need to change them or charge you for the service. Van Westerlund, Herb Gordon Nissan's General Manager reached out to Gwendolyn on approximately a week ago and explained that the bank is requiring a MD drivers' license since the customer had moved to Maryland. We are continuing to work with the customer to finalize the purchase process. All existing issues have been resolved and a mutual agreement has been achieved.
