I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. After one hour and 15 minutes someone came out to tell me that my truck needs an additional $600 worth of work. The additional work is not what bothe After one hour and 15 minutes someone came out to tell me that my truck needs an additional $600 worth of work. The additional work is not what bothers me it is that I had a 12:30 appointment And at 1:45 someone finally spoke with me and told me About the additional work and parts and they haven’t even started yet. The truck was finally complete just after 3 PM. I have been bringing vehicles there for service since 2018. Never had I had such an experience. If it happens again it will be the last time. More
