I just had my 10,000 mile Toyota Care visit at Toyota of Auburn. Another terrific visit. Jim Banach was ready for my appointment, things were clearly explained, and work was done in a timely manner. Alyssa was my service advisor was outstanding. The service tech on the other hand not so much. I knew going into appointment that one tire was about a pound low on air. That’s what it showed on my The service tech on the other hand not so much. I knew going into appointment that one tire was about a pound low on air. That’s what it showed on my Toyota app. The service tech never checked to see if all tires were at the proper level because the same tire shows that it is still lower than the other three. I would have assumed this would be part of the multipoint inspection. More
