I purchased a new vehicle and found out the front license plate mount was damaged. I took it back for servicing and spoke with Julian Imeraj. He was very understanding and told me a kit had to be ordered s plate mount was damaged. I took it back for servicing and spoke with Julian Imeraj. He was very understanding and told me a kit had to be ordered since the damaged / missing part couldn't be ordered by itself. Once the kit was ordered and arrived (1/2 day), it was installed in less than 15 minutes. Julian Imeraj was very courteous towards me and apologized that a defect like this was not caught by them. I was impressed that Julian called me to let me know when the kit had come in and I didn't have to make a service appointment to have the kit replaced. More
