I normally will leave a 5 star review for the excellent service I have with your dealership but unfortunately, I need to leave a 3 star review and the only reason why it isn’t lower is due to how amazing y service I have with your dealership but unfortunately, I need to leave a 3 star review and the only reason why it isn’t lower is due to how amazing your service advisor was for me. While leaving the dealership after my car was serviced it was running very rough while on the highway and the engine had difficulty trying to accelerate while driving. Because I was concerned about my car’s engine, I pulled over off the highway and came to discover that my engine air filter box was not put back together causing my engine to not perform properly. After closing the lid and properly putting my filter back into its correct placement and reconnecting the plugs that hold the wiring near the engine air filter housing, my car was able to drive normal after that. Again, though I am very happy with my service advisor and his help, I was very displeased with how my engine air filter was not put back together properly. More

Brought my vehicle in for service late afternoon. After inspection I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. They actually drove me to my home, which is a distance of approximately 25 miles. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Juljan during my recent visit to Herb Chamber’s Toyota of Auburn for an oil change and brake replacement. Juljan was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout recent visit to Herb Chamber’s Toyota of Auburn for an oil change and brake replacement. Juljan was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. He patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. Juljan's manager, Jeff, was also involved in ensuring the service went smoothly. He checked in on us and made sure everything was proceeding as expected, which added an extra layer of assurance. What also stood out was the exceptional customer care from Tomi, the sales manager. Despite having my 4-year-old child with me, Tomi and the team made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They periodically checked in on us, offered us water and snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture that made the wait much more pleasant. The service itself was completed in a very timely manner, and I left Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn with confidence in their expertise and gratitude for their exceptional customer service. Juljan, Jeff, and Tomi exemplify a team that goes above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.
