I brought my truck in to be looked at. For a vibrating steering wheel and shifter. I was never communicated to. I had to approach Jennifer three times, questioning my truck diagnosis. I told Jennifer I was having my wife pick me up. My wife arrived 20 minutes later, so went to tell Jennifer I was leaving. She said "oh I forgot to tell you, your truck is done". So I asked what was wrong with it. "Nothing" she replied....they found nothing and was offered to leave the truck for more diagnosis. I said no. While driving home, it was increasingly worse.
