Good news I went to the dealership after my 2 year Toyota Care had expired.I hadn't put enough miles to have my oil changed, so it was just having the tires rot I went to the dealership after my 2 year Toyota Care had expired.I hadn't put enough miles to have my oil changed, so it was just having the tires rotated and check all the fluid levels. The brakes were checked and the tires also.I was told that everything looks good and they would see me in 6 months for an oil change service. More

Excellent customer service from the service department. I feel Herb Chambers service department (specifically) goes above and beyond on my behalf. I also really like the recently structural improvements! I feel Herb Chambers service department (specifically) goes above and beyond on my behalf. I also really like the recently structural improvements! I am contemplating bring my business to Harr Toyota because the location of that dealership is now closer to my new home. But I have to say I can't bear the thought of risking losing such good customer service. I'm really enjoying leasing it's seeming to be a win all the way around! More
