Fantastic customer service I recently brought my 2008 Toyota Prius in for service to have a wheel bearing replaced. I have a service warranty for my car but had never used it an I recently brought my 2008 Toyota Prius in for service to have a wheel bearing replaced. I have a service warranty for my car but had never used it and had no idea how to move forward with the repair. As I'm sure anyone who has had a vehicle that needs a repair while you're 3 years into paying for it knows that can be stressful. Service advisor Martin Dodd was a fantastic help! He contacted the warranty company explained to me what was covered, ordered the parts, and even arranged for the rental car ! Which was a 2015 Camry, which I was sad I had to return ;) . All in all they kept me informed of the timeline of the repairs and helped with all paperwork and I would use them again in a heartbeat! More

Excellent Service Management Pertsonnel - Martin Dodd I have owned 5 Toyota products. I recently bought an Avalon from Herb Chambers of Auburn. There is another Toyota dealer closer to me but I was not I have owned 5 Toyota products. I recently bought an Avalon from Herb Chambers of Auburn. There is another Toyota dealer closer to me but I was not satisfied with their service so this time I decided to try Herb Chambers in Auburn. I buy Toyotas because of their quality so for me the only real difference between Toyota dealers is how they treat their customers. My service experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn is the absolute best ever! I am especially pleased with Martin Dodd. He makes you feel like he really cares about you as a person, not just another service transaction. For example, I had a warranty issue which I explained to him and he took responsibility for seeing to it that I was treated right. I felt like he was my advocate, not an adversary. Well Done, Martin! Way more than just a car buying experience Wael is not my sales person any more, I am proud to say that he is my friend. With the second car he managed to do a better job than the first time which I didn't think was possible. If I buy a third car I know he will mange to thrill me with the service even more. This guy only gets better. What was shocking to me was Emad the GSM. Who changed my perception of management at dealer ships. I thought wael was nice and he is one of a kind who happens to work at a dealership. I met Emad then I found out why wael was that good because the general sales manager is that good, that professional, that friendly. Doesn't go an extra mile, Emad went an extra thousand miles to make sure I am happy with every step of the process. As long as wael and Emad work there I will purchase there. If they go to a dealership in Kentucky i will follow them to get my car there. from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU! More
