Way more than just a car buying experience Wael is not my sales person any more, I am proud to say that he is my friend. With the second car he managed to do a better job than the first time which I didn't think was possible. If I buy a third car I know he will mange to thrill me with the service even more. This guy only gets better. What was shocking to me was Emad the GSM. Who changed my perception of management at dealer ships. I thought wael was nice and he is one of a kind who happens to work at a dealership. I met Emad then I found out why wael was that good because the general sales manager is that good, that professional, that friendly. Doesn't go an extra mile, Emad went an extra thousand miles to make sure I am happy with every step of the process. As long as wael and Emad work there I will purchase there. If they go to a dealership in Kentucky i will follow them to get my car there. from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU! More

I got in touch with the sales manager, Jeff, to discuss the issues via email. Unbeknownst to me, Jeff was on vacation but still coordinated my service appointment with Doug back at the office. Doug had us come in the very next morning to fix the issues himself. We feel very lucky to have worked with Jeff and Doug. These guys are truly professionals and are highly customer-focused. They went way above and beyond our expectations. I do not normally write reviews, but when you have service this great, I have to share. Exceptional customer service On my way home after working a 12 hour night shift, my car broke down on the highway. I'm new to the area, so when my car was towed to Herb Chambers, On my way home after working a 12 hour night shift, my car broke down on the highway. I'm new to the area, so when my car was towed to Herb Chambers, I was a little skeptical. However, after my experience with Chan, I would 100% recommend this dealership. I was tired and stressed out, but Chan was extremely calm and courteous, which in turn, calmed me down. I felt like my car was in good hands, and I was able to leave feeling better. Chan was very patient with me- answering all my questions. He kept open communication during the day with my husband, which made us feel like he had our backs! When I picked up my car, Chan greeted me and spent the time to explain everything that was going on. Great customer service. Will come again! More

Jeff, the service manager was very helpful, when I took the car in, Chan was professional, helpful, and courteous and "all's well that ends well." This service trip was a very good experience.
