You have many employees in service who are wonderful but cannot say enough about Alyssa Baril. She greats us likes members of the family with a big smile and wave as she sees us pull in. By the time we get to her desk she has everything pulled up and ready. Alyssa is polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our car is new right now but in the past with cars off warranty she has always been able to answer our questions and talk with confidence. Chan Nguyen made the service appoin I purchased a new 2016 Toyota Corolla in May of 2016. On November 2 i brought the car in for 10,000 mile service. Chan Nguyen made the service appointment on November 1. Chan is a gem-friendly, professional and responsive. Full service was completed in an hour. Alyssa Baril completed the service appointment that morning. She has always been fabulous and professional. She answered all my questions and did a complete overview of the service performed.
