My day started with my dad and me hoping to buy a car, but we ended up gaining a friend instead. From the initial handshake and eye contact, I knew we were in good hands. If my father taught me one thing, it is to trust your gut. Throughout the entire process, Charles, Jose, and Luis Mulla made us feel completely at ease, as if we were family. While the Corolla we were interested in essentially sells itself and we could have purchased it anywhere we were looking for more than just a transaction. We wanted to build a relationship with a dealership where we would feel comfortable returning and referring to our friends and family.
