Very simple to make an appointment to test drive a Venza. Mikel Kota was awesome. We went for a test ride in a Venza, which I ended up purchasing, and a RAV4. Mike gave me the similarities and the differences. Everything he had to say seemed to line up with anything I had read about the two cars. We seem to agree that the Venza was a great value.The service manager, Dimitri offered me a good price on my trade. Not that I'm an expert in trade-in prices, but certainly not something I felt like I had to shop around. Mike was able to locate the color I wanted and had it for me with in 5 days. I never felt pressured and I appreciated Mike 's easy going style. He spoke clearly, directly and didn't try to impress me. I would absolutely recommend Mike to any of my friends who are interested in new Toyota. This is my first purchase from Herb Chambers and the customer service has been great.
