5000 mile service I brought my 2018 4runner in for service and everything was great. They were suppose to install 2 items for me and one of the parts did not come in so I brought my 2018 4runner in for service and everything was great. They were suppose to install 2 items for me and one of the parts did not come in so i have to go back which sucks but otherwise i was greeted warmly and everything was done quickly. My sales person Kennedy came by to see me and always brings a smile and a laugh w him. Great guy! More

He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle - I would recommend him to anyone! With the help of Sam Tetreau, Tomi Tsitsos, Christopher Stockert and Dyan Hoang, I was able to be in and out of the dealership in less then two hours and take delivery of my vehicle the very next day! Fantastic last minute service My power window broke in the down position on a cold rainy Saturday at 2:00pm. I figured it was a long shot but I was only 20 minutes away from Herb My power window broke in the down position on a cold rainy Saturday at 2:00pm. I figured it was a long shot but I was only 20 minutes away from Herb Chamber Toyota of Auburn where I purchased the car. So I called them at 2:15 and they told me to come in and they would see what they could do to fix it. We arrived at 2:40 and they took the car right in, diagnosed and fixed the problem and had us back on the road in about an hour. Thank you to Martin and his team for helping us with a warm dry ride home. More
