Relaxing transition from old to brand new I was welcomed by Edvin with a big smile, and a hand shake as he introduced himself. I went there to get information about a particular car... Edvin was very knowledgeable about the car, and could answer any and all questions that I had. They did not have the car in stock. Edvin located one, had it sent over and kept me posted via cell phone when it arrived. I test drove it the next day. Within two days, I had the car home. Edvin took care of everything for me. He has a nice sense of humor, so I was very comfortable sitting with him. Edvin made sure I was not overwhelmed, by answering my questions more than once. If I didn't understand he went over it again and again for me. Therefore making the transition from my old Toyota into my new Toyota a very relaxing experience.
