Went in to see Cole, and was told to “suck it up” and “come see me in two years” because there was nothing they could do short of doubling the monthly payment. It is a good thing my vehicle is equipped with safety sensors, as the hood was not properly latched after service. Once I reached speed after exiting parking lot, I was alerted to the issue on my dash, and I pulled over safely in a parking lot and was able to press the hood closed. More
