From start to finish, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing top-tier service on my Lexus’s error issue that kept reoccurring. He instantly pointed out the defect on my vehicle and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all my questions without rushing, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had an 8am appointment for my 10,000 mile service and I got there at 7am. Lexus of Sharon took me right away and got my service done within a half hour. Great service and friendly staff. I went to Herb Chambers the other day for maintenance on my Lx 570. The experience was great. Matt was wonderful , as usual. I told him that I was running late for another appointment and my car was in for my Lx 570. The experience was great. Matt was wonderful , as usual. I told him that I was running late for another appointment and my car was in for car wash. Matt left his desk and went out of his way to bring me the car himself. This may seem small , but it meant a lot to me. I really appreciate that gesture. More
