I’m a longtime customer having purchased several vehicles from this dealer. The communication regarding this repair was lacking - the advisor didn’t respond to calls and I called multiple times since my car from this dealer. The communication regarding this repair was lacking - the advisor didn’t respond to calls and I called multiple times since my car was there for 5 days. When I spoke with the advisor he gave me a quote of app $3k - we then discussed replacing a tire (which I initiated). The advisor told me the price would be app $400 which was fine with me. This should result in a total cost of app $3600. The advisor called and told me that the cost would’ve $4981. I was extremely upset by this and made that very clear. The advisor called me back after speaking with his manager and the cost ended up just of $3700 which was more in line with expectations. When I arrived at the dealer I was nicely greeted by the advisor. When I asked what happened he stated that there was a double charge which was fixed. Also, when I checked in with the advisor last Friday, I told him that after the repair I wanted the 4-Star detailing service. He stated that he added that to my work order. When I picked up the car, not only wasn’t it detailed, it wasn’t even washed at all. The advisor looked totally confused when I asked why it wasn’t detailed. Instead he said to ask him about a detail next time I come in. In my mind an unacceptable response. Obviously mistakes happen but this is a top notch dealership and this experience was miles below expectations. More
After waiting 10 months, I was scheduled to have my second key fob paired with my car. The first available appointment was over a week out, which is not encouraging. I told the representative that I wo second key fob paired with my car. The first available appointment was over a week out, which is not encouraging. I told the representative that I would be short on time dropping my car off. I was told I would have to wait to see a service tech if I dropped off during business hours but I could use the drop box and go if I came after hours. A silly rule and not convenient. She instructed me to leave the key in an envelope. I told her I have the credit card size key not the key fob. She said fine. The next day i got a call from Leandro saying they need the key fob to be able to pair the second key. Another inconvenience. Leandro was pleasant and professional. He sent someone to my house to pick up the key fob and drove my car back to my house for me when it was done. That was very helpful. When I saw the second key fob without the blade I called back and informed Leandro I didn’t have it. He said he would look into and get back to me. He followed up a couple of days later at which time I thanked him and notified him that my husband had put the blade away for safe keeping when we picked up the car in Jan., which I was unaware of. I was pleased with Leandro’s follow up and efforts to make things convenient for me. More
