I've purchased two new Lexus' from Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon in the last six months and I can not recommend them *enough*. After narrowing down the model, options, and color preferences of the cars in inventory, the negotiations weren't painful, long, or drawn out like you would expect at most other places. I came in with a fair price that I wanted to pay and my value of the trade in, given the current economic conditions. In both instances, we were able to come to a comfortable and happy median within an hour where it was a win-win. You just have to come prepared and you'll get a great deal from Niko. The Service Department was equally at great experience. You drive up to three huge garage doors and they zip up within 2 seconds welcoming you into the warm indoor reception area. Your car is checked in and you are quickly speaking with your designated service rep. to discuss your car's needs. Then you wait for your car in an amazing customer lounge area with big flat screen HDTV, a bar area with cappuccinos/espressos/coffee/bottled water/snacks/light meals/business area w/internet kiosks/phone/wifi/children's playroom/etc. After a normal wait, your enter your cleaned car ready to take on the next 5k mile adventure. This recommendation might read like a commercial but my multiple experiences with Herb Chambers Lexus were exactly what you've just read. They are well aware that they are not the only Lexus dealer in the metro Boston area and will work extremely hard to earn your business. They are worth the visit when shopping for a Lexus. More
