My antenna had to be repaired and I was quoted 150.00. Dealer stated was partially fixed and I had to return. Upon return they charged my 350.00 more than was quoted. This was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I was greeted by an awesome sales person, his name was Joe Bere. He was so kind and so friendly. I think this dealership is one of the greatest I have ever been to, and probably one of the best in the country. From the 5 star building, to the warm faces, I think this was a truly outstanding experience. Paul Chuna was also very helpful and was such a nice manager, most mangers that I have come across have been pushy and sometimes even rude. Not with this manager, he was willing to take the time and help me work things out. Joe Bere and Paul Chuna are the best in the business and if you ever need a new Lexus or any used car go and see them they will definitely take care of you. I hope to keep my relationship with them until I either die or move so far away that it would not make sense to buy from them. When I walked into the lot I was greeted by a sales rep he was very down to earth and seemed to know his stuff. The reason I stayed was because right away I felt like I was not at a car lot trying to be so he was very down to earth and seemed to know his stuff. He had a lot of knowledge in the field and instead of pushing something else on me (which has happened to me before and it irritates me when I know what I want to buy) he was able to take what I wanted and really make things easy for me in finding my new car. Of course none of this matters unless I get a price I feel comfortable with :) and I was able to get them down to a price that worked for us both. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
