After visiting various dealers around the Boston area in search of a SUV I selected Herb Chambers as they had the color/model I wanted, best price and out performed all the other dealers in some significant categories. Not in any order: best physical facility, most friendly,informative and cooperative staff. NO HASSLE and patient! I had the opportunity to meet and converse with many of the staff and management of the various departments envolved in selling and closing on a vehicle. Quite unusual! I was duly impressed with the professional and friendly manner in which I was treated. I'm not the easiest guy to work with when it comes to taking my money; but Herb Chambers staff addressed all of my questions, concerns or perceived issues with out any hesitation or indirectness. All my objectives were met in this sale and I truly enjoyed the experience and had a good time as well. Best ever in 58 years!! I look forward to the ongoing interaction with the Service Department to see if they too can hold up to the quite remarkable Sales/Finance groups. It's obvious that all the folks who work up front at this dealership are on "the same page" to do what is required to accomdate and guide the buyer through the vehicle buying process without creating any ill will. We were initially going to buy a Jeep and stopped by Herb Chambers Lexus and got an unbelievable deal, paid only a few thousand more for the RX350 than we would have with the Jeep, worth every penny. The car drives great, no problems with it, brining it in for regular service is easy, they have plenty of computers to use, offer drinks, food, newspapers, making it very comfortable if you need to wait. Additionally, I recently had issue with my registration (a year after purchasing the car), my town needed a copies of some documentation – I left a message for Nico, it was Friday afternoon, didn’t think I’d hear back until Monday, he got back to me with 10 minutes and faxed the information over that day and I was able to clear up the matter that day. When our friends ask where we got our car, we send them right to Nico! More

Last week, we looked at a new Lexus RX350 with Rob Williams, sales representative at Herb Chambers in Sharon, MA. Over these past several months, we have met and interacted with a number of sales people, some very good, and some not so good. Rob Williams was just perfect for us. He did not rush us, taking time to show us various options available to us in the Lexus line. He answered all of our questions, provided a complete overview of the vehicles in which we showed an interest, and he just could not have done anything else to have been more helpful as we were making up our minds. As a result of our dealings with Rob, we came to like him and to trust him, knowing that he was not pushing us one way or another. As we bargained for the vehicle we wanted, we knew that the final price was a fair one, based upon months of interacting with dealers on new car values vis a vis trade in values. Consequently, we bought a new RX350 for my wife, and a day later I replaced my car with a 2008 ES350. Had it not been for Rob's exceptionally polished and engaging manner as he represented Herb Chambers Lexus, we probably would have bought nothing at all. For us, it was a blend of Rob's ability as a sales professional and the quality of the vehicles we bought that caused us to complete these deals. From the moment we walked into the dealership it was a great experience. The sales person I worked with was Chris Essor and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and then we took a test drive. He worked hard to find me the car I wanted and I left the price negotiation feeling that I got a good deal with all the extras I wanted. The remainder of the process went well and Chris even offered to deliver the car the following day to my home. I love my new car and have told everyone about my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus and my salesperson, Chris Essor. I already have one friend that is going to look up Chris next time he is in the market for a car. More
