I have been leasing from Herb chambers for 7 years now and each experience has been good. This past experience by far was the best. Since I knew exactly what I wanted (to trade in my leased 2008 RX350 for a new 2010 model)I went to the dealer with expectations (that I thought may have been high) but, Nathan was quick, business like and we came to an agreement in a half an hour. I don't know about you but, in my book that's quick. The agreement we came to exceeded my expectations and I picked up my new 2010 RX350 the next day....ya can't beat that !! Nathan was great and I'll be looking for him when I trade my 2010 in for the 2012 model !!! :) More

I have previously leased my vehicles and was looking to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle this time around. The sales professional that we were fortunate enough to meet was Jay Garant, who explained everything about the Lexus product in great detail and answered all of our questions with ease and the knowledge that comes from being well prepared. The test drive with Jay along to explain the many features of a terrific automobile, convinced us that the RX350 was the right car for us. The remainder of the discussions with the operations personel also went smoothly, the exact combination of color and features was in stock, and within a few days Jay delivered our new Lexus to our home on Cape Cod. All in all a great experience, and we thank Jay and the enire staff at Herb Chambers Lexus for making it possible. More
