I have purchased many different vehicles over my 50 years but this experience was second to none! I went in to Herb Chambers Lexus knowing what I wanted and the sales staff led by Robert Williams made it ha but this experience was second to none! I went in to Herb Chambers Lexus knowing what I wanted and the sales staff led by Robert Williams made it happen in a professional and dignified manner without all of the usual nonsense associated with car dealerships. I leased an IS250 and I love it! This place spares no effort to make you comfortable about your purchase and their friendly, warm staff definitely make it a dealership I will recommend to my friends and family. More

I had a great experience with Herb Chambers. This dealership was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to family and friends as well. I am not a fan of car dealers in general, however Jay Ga dealership was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to family and friends as well. I am not a fan of car dealers in general, however Jay Garant (salesman) was great to work with. Jay greeted me outside, instantly making me feel comfortable using his great sense of humor and knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. He was extremely professional and respectful without any pressure to buy what so ever. There was little haggling, as he assured me he would get me the price I was willing to pay. As the paper work was written up and waiting on finance, Jay escorted me to the customer lounge area. When I went to financing, Kim (financing) took the time to explain my options and seemed to care about my needs. Even though I did not end up purchasing any of their Insurance/Warranties she was thorough and understanding. Since I was from NH and buying in MA – state laws did not allow me to drive the car home. Jay called first thing the very next morning to plan a time to meet at City Hall and he was going to deliver the vehicle. After the car was registered and plates were transferred, Jay then went over the vehicle bumber to bumper going over all the features and options once again, to be certain I knew everything about the car. Jay called two days later to check if I had any concerns about the car, letting me know I could call or email him at any time if I did have any questions. I realize this is a long review, but I hope it will help those of you out there like me. Buying a car is an intimidating experience and you are buying the sales person/dealership almost as much as the car. I would encourage you do take the drive to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon MA. You won’t be disappointed. More

They helped my wife and me find an RX-350 in the exact color combination we desired. We test drove similar vehicles to the one we purchased to make sure it was the right type of vehicle for us. Then Amanda and Jackie searched for the exact vehicle in our price range. The dealership provides complimentary drinks and snacks for all its customers and never tries to pressure customers into buying a vehicle. I would recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to friends and family members looking to purchase a luxury vehicle. More
I went to this dealership with the intent of purchasing a vehicle, and they did everything possible to screw it up and push me to go somewhere else. My wife had made contact with Charles Saghbini and let it vehicle, and they did everything possible to screw it up and push me to go somewhere else. My wife had made contact with Charles Saghbini and let it be known that we were coming in to purchase a 2010 RX350, and we actually made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. We also made it clear we did not want to waste a lot of time doing this and haggling over the price. My wife brought in her trade to be appraised, the title and registration, and was upfront about what we were looking for in price. All-in-all, my wife was put off from the moment she arrived. The salesperson was slow, and the process kept dragging on and was a waste of time. Even though we had called ahead the vehicle to test drive was not ready and the salesman had to figure out where it was and to go get the vehicle (it is a huge lot!). When I finally arrived to begin negotiations, I told them of the price I was looking for. I don't know about you, but I am a busy professional and I don't have time for the usual games when it comes to price haggling. I decided to leave after the Sales Manager told me they would lose money on the transaction at the price I was asking for. I had researched this in depth and knew exactly what my trade was worth and what the new car was selling for given present market conditions. So, I left and called another dealership that weekend, and over the phone was given a price that was actually LOWER than the price I was looking for...go figure. On a final note this dealership also knew in advance that we would be putting a deposit down on a new 2010 GX 460. Despite this, they were still intent on squeezing every last dollar out of me, and then told me that the price I was asking for was too low. At the other dealership where I purchased the RX350, they did not know I was also interested in purchasing a 2010 GX460, and yet still gave me a lower price over the phone without meeting me. In essence, this dealership in Sharon lost two sales. More
I would rate the total sales and service as truly outstanding. My car is washed every saturday morning and I am totally satisfied with that service as well as service on my car, i.e changing snow tir outstanding.
