This is by far the greatest sales experience I have ever been involved in!!! From the beautiful facility, cappacino bar to service area to the sales floor and even the restrooms...I felt like I was in a 5 s been involved in!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the sales manager was extremely professional and very courteous... As for my sales person, Niko Kotsiopoulos, he made the entire process as painless as possible. He was patient with me in selecting the perfect vehicle(we looked at more than a couple cars), and worked with me to get to a more than fair figure for both my trade and my brand new Lexus!!! More

We went to literally every mid-range luxury dealer in the area and finally decided to purchase one from theirs. The gentleman who treated us was the friendliest representative we had ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. My wife and I are very particular on car safety and with the way he explained these new Lexus are being built, I have no doubt it is the safest vehicle I could have purchased on the market today. Although for what we were looking the final price we agreed to buy the car for could have been lower, I'm 100% satisfied with our purchase, especially that the whole experience felt like less than an hour from walking in to walking out with a new car. Best experience yet. More
Worked hard to fix minor issues. Technician took a ride with me to pinpoint the exact cause of a nuisance problem with my tires. Always goes overboard in helping the customer. Couldn't be happier with our salesman Rocco. Worked very hard with his boss to get me the deal that I wanted. He delivered. I liked them so much I bought a car for my wife. Told my father in law and neighbor about how I was treated and they bought new cars there also. More

From the initial contact with their internet sales team to the actual meeting with our vehicle coordinator Sam Pellows we were assisted in finding the right vehicle for my wife, Jo-Anne and myself. Sam listened to my wife,s questions and needs and helped decide on the GS350 AWD. We were not pressured to purchase any Special Programs, insurances or extras that we felt we did not need. All these Specials were explained to us fully but were never made to be totally necessary in our purchase. The sale was made on the same day that we first visited the Showroom and we could not be any more satisfied with the we treated and have been treated since the purchase almost two years ago. The Staff at Herb Chambers Lexus has been every bit as helpful as the day we purchased our new vehicle. Patrick Burke, our service coordinator, has been very helpful with any questions that we may have. The appointment scheduling is absolutely the best in the Business, you never have to wait and the service is always done in the time specified. We are currently in the process of purchasing an additional GX460 and the above reasons are why. More

I recently bought a new car at Herb Chambers and can honestly say that I felt no pressure. Rather I found that Bill help me find the options that might be right for me & my wife and gave us all the time, information and tools to make the correct decision. The process of making a decision, including keeping my existing car (which I loved) was fair, open and honestly dealt with. At all times I was made to feel like the customer comes first. I have dealt with the service and operations team when having my former car serviced. Ronnie and Scott have been very helpful, professional and easy to work with. I feel that I am treated very fairly and honestly whenever my car needed servicing.. This is my first time visiting the amazing Sharon facility – I’ve never seen so many cars inside a dealer showroom as there were there. The day I was there, it was brutally cold outside so it was great having so many cars to look at indoors. There was everything I needed to see – models, options, colors, etc. I also want to give high compliments to my salesman – Gerry Baker – who I requested because of the great service he provided for my first lease transaction three years ago. As I debated different car models and options, Gerry was always quick to call or email information and answer questions as they came up. He also went out of his way to research a few options for me and even volunteered to run to my parked car to get documents I left there by mistake so I wouldn’t have brave the cold to get them myself. High marks also to Kim Allen who was involved in the final details of the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. I also spoke to Rob Morris, Business Director and Amanda Yarusites who were both very nice and were available to assist with information and questions, if needed. More

I worked with Jay Garant and Dave Richmond and it was a great experience. This is my first Lexus and they all have welcomed me to the family. The finance person was great too. My only complaint was when I went in to sign all the paperwork, it took a lot of time. The finance guy felt bad and threw in a few additional options at no charge (very nice touch). I brought my 11 year old son with me and they made him feel great. I got a great price and negotiated most of it on the phone. I thought they would try and pull some fast ones once I got in, but they held true to their word. I even asked them to make sure I got the BIG RED BOW and they did. My son loved that! I love my car and would live in it if I could. More
