I purchased a new GX 470 in 2007 from this dealership and unfortunately had many problems with it--which I understand is very unusual for this car. Nevertheless, it needed to be serviced several times in the first couple of years which I did not expect in a new luxury vehicle! Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy. Ultimately, I decided to trade it in for an RX 350, which I came to like after driving them so often when my new car was being serviced. I worked directly with the manager of this dealership, Paul Cunha. He personally assisted me with the trade-in process and completely stood behind the vehicle I had purchased. He gave me a more-than-fair deal on a 2010 RX and I now have a car that I love. The service department compliments the sales department unlike the numerous dealerships that we have dealt with over the years. My only minor blip was a business manager completely underestimating the trade in value but Mr. Coston's integrity and professionalism was the reason we made the purchase.
