I have been a customer with Lexus and have been very satisfied for the past 10 years and that is the reason I came back. Spero Coston was the salesman when I bought my first RX330 in 2004, and he was t satisfied for the past 10 years and that is the reason I came back. The first person I worked with was Sanjay. I felt as though he made certain assumptions about whether or not I had done any research before coming to the dealership. I asked him how much he would offer though he made certain assumptions about whether or not I had done any research before coming to the dealership. I asked him how much he would offer me for a trade in on my 2003 Lexus. His initial offer was $2k below the book value. When I asked he said the offer was book value. He was pleasant enough but I didn't like feeling as though he thought i knew nothing about the value of cars. I chose to leave without explaining why ... Even though I really loved the 2013 ES350 that I looked at that day. My car was being serviced and I am sure it was not by chance that loaner car turned out to be the vehicle that I viewed on the lot. A few days later I called to speak with a sales manager because I clearly did not want to close a deal with some one (Sanjay) who was so obvious about his assumptions about me and asked it I could come in a talk with her about the car I had seen and driven. Although she never explained why she couldn't or didn't close the sale with me, she introduced me to Bill who was absolutely great. He was very patient, took time to make sure that all of mt questions were answered and never pressured me or hurried me along. Actually, he didn't come across as a typical salesperson who just wants to close a deal. When I called on the day I was to pick up the car I purchased and told Bill I didn't have anyone who who come there with me to drive my old car back home, he offered to come pick me up. As someone who has worked in the financial services industry for over 37 years, I call that extraordinary customer service! Bill could have easily just told not to worry, the car will be ready whenever I was able to get there. I would definitely recommend Bill to friends and family. This is my 4th Lexus purchase and I rave to friends and family about your service department - I have never had a bad experience. It is great to have good sales people but it is even greater to have a good service team to work with after the sales have been closed. I continue to be a very satisfied customer with this dealership! More
There are many vehicles at the price point of a Lexus. One has many choices. After visiting several dealerships looking at various 2014 SUV's and leaving with more questions and doubts than when we entered, it was refreshing to visit Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon, MA. The facility is first class as you would expect a good Lexus dealership. Our Lexus Sales Specialist, Janine Zuckerman, made us feel at home and in the spirit of Herb Chamber's philosophy-that every customer is welcomed and treated as a guest in their home. Immediately when my son, a car enthusiast all his life and now 15, asked if we could look at a 2014 RX350, she responded, what color would you like me to bring up front for you to inspect and drive. Not many dealerships offer the choice of color and particular vehicle to test drive. Our vehicle of choice was brought to the showroom and we proceeded for a test drive. Ms. Zuckerman knew, not just the features of the RX350, but how everything worked and what benefit it would provide for us. We loved this vehicle but we had to agree on a deal and negotiations are rarely fun at most dealerships. I must say we went back and forth with negotiations on not only how we would purchase, why and what method we would use, and what is a fair price in the market. We came to a mutually agreeable deal and purchased the vehicle. We have yet to regret our decision. With its high resale value, luxury, comfort, reliability especially during a tough New England winter, our choice was easily the right one. Many may say when you buy a Lexus from Herb Chambers, you are paying for the palatial showroom, the Four Season like bathrooms, the in-house complimentary Cafe and fireplace, the German service bay doors that open as fast as you can imagine, but this is not really altogether true. Other so called premium dealerships charge premium prices for similar vehicles but the service and the experience is far lacking. When one purchases a Lexus they expect the best and they expect "the pursuit of perfection". While there will never be a perfect car nor a perfect dealership, it is very clear that Janine Zuckerman and Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon are doing just that, chasing perfection and providing solid value along with a warm, professional experience. My son not only wants to be sure I take him to every service appointment , he can't wait to work there when he is of age and ability. More

I leased a new 2014 Lexus RX 350 last week. It was an awesome experience. Clayton Zak was an outstanding business manager who very deftly steered me through my options for purchase and lease. I have leased and bought many cars in my life but this was the best experience I have ever had. Nick Salem was the hardworking salesperson who also stood by my insistence on getting a black vehicle. He has a lot of patience. Ronni in service is the consummate pro who handles everything flawlessly. I cannot recommend this dealership any higher! More

After a couple of months of research, the Hyundai Genesis sedan (2011 or 2012), was at the top of my list. I was also interested in the vehicle's comfort and to check out as many color options as possible. My first stop was to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. I was introduced to Rob Ross. I conveyed my intentions as well as my interest in seeing the Genesis, if it was still available. A few minutes later, it was presented at the front door. Frankly, I wasn't expecting to be overwhelmed as the color, champagne beige, wasn't one that I thought would interest me. To me, the color is more of a silver with a slight beige hue. In any case, the test drive went well. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable Rob Ross was of the Genesis, given the fact that this is a Lexus dealership. He answered all my questions about mechanics and functions very directly and with confidence. As for striking a deal???.....I felt that I was treated very fairly. My trade in was in great condition, but also had 205K miles on her. Rob Ross and Mr Li knew of my fondness for my trade in and complimented me on its' condition. The Genesis was priced at a great value. That, coupled with how I was treated by Mr Ross and Mr Li, was good enough for me. Overall......a great experience!! More
