My wife and I entered the Sharon Lexus dealership with some nervousness (we're not Lexus people...at least not yet). However, we were immediately put at ease by the staff, and Spero in particular who spen some nervousness (we're not Lexus people...at least not yet). Spero is not your typical car dealer. He's been around the block and knows the best way to make a sale is to lay out the facts, make the customer comfortable, and work to find a happy medium between the dealership and the client. We are thrilled with our purchase, and look forward to working with Spero and the Herb Chambers team again in the future. The buying experience has been great so far. I was looking for '07 ES and there were many to choose from. Located the perfect trade in and negotiations were over in 10 minutes. I started by trying to buy a car at this dealership. After getting a significantly different than market quote I explored other dealers. Eventually found a reasonable price and was going ahead with my p After getting a significantly different than market quote I explored other dealers. I received a call from the sales rep asking that I cancel my prior agreement and that they would improve on the offer. Mind you improve means a lot of $$$. THe other dealer called with a much better offer and when I let my sales person know that I would like to hold off on the purchase until I had a better idea of what was going on. I was scolded and berated. Eventually the manager called and reached my voicemail. I returned his call after 3pm and he explained there were no new deals, that it was an excellent price and that I could have 24 hrs to think about it. I returned his call the next day and asked him for a few hours more I got no response that night and only a call from the business manager that the purchase was cancelled yesterday at/before noon (definitely not 24 hrs)When I reviewed the situation with the manager he explained he had not listened to voicemail (he actually alleges there was no call...but I have all my call records available) and that the car price was too low and besides he did not want to have a bad evaluation on the LEXUS survey since that is how he makes money (extra bonuses)thus he is better off cancelling the sale...which he had been eager to do the nite before. I am quite disappointed with the experience, sad that I was lead into this cancel transactions for better price frenzy, surprised at the amount of swing in the prices of cars insulted at the fact that the sales person would dare even scold me for behaviour that he readily encouraged to his advantage. At this point I am sorry that I got caught up in this back and forth but the amount of money was very significant from offer to offer and dealerships. It is also sad that the dealership prefers not to sell a car because of fear of a bad survey...wow I wonder what Toyota will think of this. Needless to say I am glad that I found another dealership that was respectful, had better prices and showed much more class that this dealership and the people I dealt with. More

After a night of trying to figure out a way out of the BMW product line, we found a Lexus that we really liked. My wife and I drove over and immediately we knew we had made the right decision. They were courteous, helpful and let us look around without hovering. We really appreciated the way they helped us decide on the best model for our needs and they truly turned a nightmare into a positive, enjoyable experience. I and my family look forward to working with them again in the future. More
I was nothing less than impressed on all fronts with Norwood Lexus. The showroom is beautiful and, in my opinion, MUCH nicer than the other dealers I've visited (2 other local dealers). He was knowledgeable, courteous & professional. This was the first time I've laughed & enjoyed myself while buying a car.
