I wanted to thank you for writing and express my sincerest apologies that you were not pleased with your experience. This certainly was not our intention or how we attract clients to our dealership. I thoroughly reviewed our notes on your visit and spoke to all concerned. We did honor our price and commitment to sell you the vehicle. You in turn, paid for the vehicle in full and decided to cancel prior to taking delivery of your new RX 350. Therefore, you did not honor your commitment to us to move forward with the purchase. Once you had realized the other Lexus dealerships had misrepresented information to you it was too late and the vehicle was gone. We were happy to sell you the vehicle at the price determined when you signed the contract. I'm sorry you chose to cancel. Even if we did miss this opportunity to sell you a New RX 350, it would be our pleasure to service your Lexus if purchased elsewhere or refer you to another brand in the Herb Chambers family.
