In both instances, we were able to come to a comfortable and happy median within an hour where it was a win-win. You just have to come prepared and you'll get a great deal from Niko. The Service Department was equally at great experience. You drive up to three huge garage doors and they zip up within 2 seconds welcoming you into the warm indoor reception area. Your car is checked in and you are quickly speaking with your designated service rep. to discuss your car's needs. Then you wait for your car in an amazing customer lounge area with big flat screen HDTV, a bar area with cappuccinos/espressos/coffee/bottled water/snacks/light meals/business area w/internet kiosks/phone/wifi/children's playroom/etc. After a normal wait, your enter your cleaned car ready to take on the next 5k mile adventure.
