I just pick up a 2011 Lexus RX450h from Herb Chambers Lexus. The whole experience have been nothing short of great. Scott Brothers, the sales manager, was very easy to work with. Rob Williams was great. He tailored the sales process to fit my needs, no BS. I called the dealership on Tuesday, made an appointment for the next day. HERB CHAMBERS LEXUS is the BEST of the Best. I have absolutely no affiliation with this dealership. I am a physician and new to Massachusetts. Since 1994, I have purchased five new Lexuses (SC400, RX30 absolutely no affiliation with this dealership. I am a physician and new to Massachusetts. Since 1994, I have purchased five new Lexuses (SC400, RX300, two RX330's, new RX450H), from four different dealerships in four different states. I have visited even more Lexus dealerships while car shopping. All luxury car dealerships, particularly Lexus, strive for the OUTSTANDING rating. HERB CHAMBERS LEXUS certainly earns it. First of all, they have the most gorgeous facility of any I have visited. Every area including the showroom, coffee and pastry bar with waiting areas, restrooms and service area are both lovely and immaculate. Every person who I have encountered there, including sales, service and the support staff, is friendly, very polite and gracious. They are obviously well trained in customer service, but they also seem genuinely nice and happy to be there. Kudos to the hiring and training staff at Herb Chambers. Robert Williams, my sales consultant, could not have been more helpful in every aspect of the purchase, including getting me all set in the new RX. I am loyal to Lexus because they make great cars. Despite all the Toyota recalls, I have never had a bad experience with a Lexus or Toyota. Here's the bottom line from my perspective: If you want a great car, get a Lexus. If you want an OUTSTANDING dealership, go to HERB CHAMBERS LEXUS. Ask for Robert Williams if he is available. My husband and I met Rob Williams at the reception desk when we arrived. Rob showed us 2010 Lexus cars available. He made our experience worthwhile, Rob went out of his way to make the price work for me. He was friendly and extrmemly helpful with purchasing the Lexus and turning in the BMW. I will definately return to him again and when my lease is up and my husband is now interested in the Lexus Hybrid. My experience was outstanding but the credit goes to Rob Williams for making that happen. I love my new car and couldn't be happier. More

The dealership and all of their personel went out of there way to make us feel very special. I felt as though I were visiting someone's home and receieved amazing hospitality. Once our decision was made we sat down with Jackie. She went over other options such as extending our warrenty. She had about 8 different add ons and told us for your needs I only reccommend two. She was very honest as was everyone we dealt with. We drove 80 miles just to deal with Herb Chambers. Before we left Marc went over every detail of how the car operates. We could not take delivery of the car that day because they wanted to make everything perfect. They really did make everything perfect. They had a runner bring the car to NH so we did not have to do the 80 mile trip again. The runner (Stan) could not have been kinder and he followed up with us on the registration. Also they delivered the car with a full tank of gas. Marc has called many times to make sure we are happy. The bad reputation that car dealers have is e in most cases accurate but not TRUE of Herb Chambers. This was a wonderful experience. I will not buy a car anywhere else and in a few years when our son needs a car that is where we will go. GREAT DEALERSHIP! More
