The most pleasant car shopping experience I've had (and I had many in the course of a week). Although I did not purchase one of their Lexus', I was treated like royalty for a puny pre-owned Honda (which I l had many in the course of a week). He made sure we test-drove it sufficiently, on the highway, through the backroads, over some poorly paved and poorly snow-plowed roads in order to test its resilience. I also encountered auto insurance issues, which he bent over backwards to resolve IN THE SAME DAY in order to meet my urgent need to retrieve the car as soon as was possible. I drove there to pick up my car in a rental vehicle and their Service Department was able to assist me in arranging for Enterprise to pick up the vehicle the next morning at no additional service charge. Everyone I encountered in my correspondence at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Jamin returned all my phone calls and addressed all my concerns promptly; he also followed up to make sure I was enjoying the new vehicle and not experiencing any problems. I have been on the long search for a worthy Used car from Lexus. I have looked around through many dealers and thought Lexus would be the best choice for me. When I walked into the door on a Sunday night an hour before closing time, a salesman by the name of Robert Williams approached my family and I very welcoming. He asked us what we were looking for and price range. I picked the Lexus is250 and Robert showed me a few options. Robert was very knowledge about his cars, knew what I wanted in a car. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the sale and answered all the questions we had. Everything was a delight with this salesman from the beginning to the end. Great Job! More

As soon as we entered the showroom and met with Spero, we felt as though we were special and that our needs were important to him personally. He escorted us on a tour of the majestic facility where we met with anyone who would assist with the purchase, from the people who would prepare the paperwork to the technicians in the service area who would prep the car for delivery. Our negotiations were smooth and professional. The deal was written and the car was ready as promised. Spero was with us from the first handshake to the courtesy calls (several) that followed after we picked up the car. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to return when the time is right. I went to Herb Chambers Lexus to test drive an SUV.Upon arrival, I was introduced to Robert Williams. After writing down my preferences, he showed me the features of the vehicle I was interested in. He was very accommodating, so much that he brought out the SUV in both of the colors that I was interested in, just so I could see what they looked like in person. After I chose the color I liked best, we went for a test drive. During the drive he answered more of my questions. I left there and went home to make a decision (as I was looking into other makes as well). Once I decided on the Lexus, I called Rob back and we came to an agreement on pricing. The day I went in to sign paperwork, Rob was very accommodating. He stayed late that evening just for us. The day we picked up the vehicle, Rob was once again great. He showed my husband and me all the vehicle’s features and helped us link our phones & audio. He also gave us a tour of the service dept.
