This is my second purchase from Lexus of Sharon, my first experience was excellent therefore I returned looking for a sporty convertible. Knowing I wanted a SC430, but at the time there weren't any available experience was excellent therefore I returned looking for a sporty convertible. Knowing I wanted a SC430, but at the time there weren't any available, I met with Sal and test drove the IS, not what I really wanted. He took me out to the back lot and found an SC, and he made it happen right then and there....no coming back. He had me test drive and before long it was mine. If it hadn't been for him investigating cars on the lot I might not have found it. Thanks to Sal!! Every aspect of buying a car at Lexus is a "10"!! More

I have been a loyal Chambers Mercedes customer for 15 years but found it was time to change, prompted by the Lexus superior reputation for reliability. The deciding factor in my experience once I arrived at the dealertship was the salesperson Robert Williams. He not only followed up--he spent 4 hours with me on his only day off so that I could finish the sale and get back to Cape Cod before Hiurricane Irene hit. He also helped turn in my plates and explained in a few minutes how to sync bluetooth and my garage opener when I had been able to get that accomplished in 2 years at Mercedes. I would give this dealer my unqualified recommendation! More

This is my 4th Lexus, 2 rx 350 suv 2008 2010, the IS convertible and now the 2011 ES Luxury sedan, which I am in love with. Before going to Sharon from Tewksbury I went to IRA in Danvers and I went to Watertown Lexus, neither came close to the pricing, friendliness and experience. My Sales consultant is and always will SPERO COSTON. No matter your age if you intend or are thinking about a Lexus please set an appointment to meet with him, tell him you read this review from John and Toni and he comes highly recommended. It took 2 hours to get into my new car and not one bit of frustration. Spero has been around for sometime and if he does not have an answer for you he will take the time and find your answer to a question, he is also very good with bluetooth and todays new phones synced to a Lexus. I had decided to look for a new car last March and walked into Herb Chamber’s Lexus. I was greeted by Sal Gulino. I was interested in a CT 200 h, the new hybrid. Sal did an exceptional job explaining and demonstrating all it features. I signed a purchase agreement that day; this was days before the terrible natural disaster in Japan. Sal contacted and informed me that there was a very good possibility that the delivery of my car could be impacted and it was. Over the next 6 months he regularly updated me on the status of my order. When I recently took delivery of the car my original sales agreement was honored in spite of the fact that the mileage on my trade in had increased by 20,000 miles and the list price of the new vehicle had also increased. I was very impressed by how both the dealer and the salesman treated me during the whole transaction from the beginning of the sale process to the final delivery. More

This is a letter is sent to Herb Chambers Lexus regarding a visit there last June. ______________________________ Dear Mr. Negalha, I am writing to you to express my high level of satisfaction with a se a visit there last June. ______________________________ Dear Mr. Negalha, I am writing to you to express my high level of satisfaction with a service visit I had to your dealership on June 29, 2011. I have had both of our Lexus’s serviced at your dealership many times, and have always left your dealership happy and looking forward to my next visit. While I feel that most dealerships can easily satisfy customer’s requests for scheduled service, a true test of a dealerships commitment to the customer comes when service is needed is needed promptly and without warning. I had been experiencing low tire pressure in my 2002 Lexus ES300’s rear right tire for about a week, and after filling the tire with air and having it slowly leak out I called ****** Lexus of *******. ***** is located just ten minutes from my house, and I had a tire plugged there two years prior for $25.00. While I have had service problems with ***** in the past (the main reason I started coming to Herb Chambers) I figured that the since they had done well with plugging a tire in the past they could do it again. I called and had a same day appointment at 3PM for the tire to be plugged at the same price it was two years ago. When I arrived at the dealership the car was taken to a service bay and I went walking around ******’s facility. An hour and five minutes later I received a call that they had located a screw jammed in the tire causing the leak. At that time they informed me that even though the tire could be plugged they no longer offered that service, and that the appointment coordinator who told me they could was misinformed. They offered to patch the tire for the low cost of $70.00, and said that plugging tires was unsafe and that most dealerships had stopped that practice. I then called an independent shop who said that the practice was still very common and that it was very safe. I then returned to the dealership to pick up my car. I left the dealership with the spare tire on the rim which they installed for no charge. It was 4:30PM. I then immediately called Herb Chambers and spoke to Wes who assured me that tire plugs were indeed safe and that Herb Chambers could plug the tire for the price that ****** had promised. I asked what the earliest appointment available on Thursday morning would be and was very impressed when Wes offered an appointment at 5:30 that night saying the issue deserved an immediate appointment. I was very impressed and grateful that I was invited to come in for a very late appointment at essentially no notice to your staff. I went directly from ****** to Herb Chambers, and as always on arrival was greeted by a friendly valet. Within thirty seconds of pulling into the service drive Bill Henrique, who I requested after learning that Kristen Keough had left for the day, came out of his office and greeted me by name. He was completely filled in on my situation and did not ask to see a proof of price from ******. He simply told me to go relax in the lounge and told the valets to bring the car back immediately. Forty minutes later I was back on the road with the tire plugged and back on the car (with a wash and vacuum). I was especially impressed with the no nonsense superb costumer service I received Wednesday. There was no hesitation when it came to the offer of bringing the car in late that day or matching the un-met price from ******. Bill was friendly when he greeted me by name and did not even require a visit to his office. Everyone at your dealership from the Technicians in the back to the Valets out front should feel proud to work at such a customer service oriented dealership. P.S It goes without saying that the dealership was in immaculate condition. More
We were looking to test drive a vehicle only. We were admittedly on a restricted timeline. We expressed to the folks at Herb Chambers Lexus, repeatedly, that we were late to an important appointment, and admittedly on a restricted timeline. We expressed to the folks at Herb Chambers Lexus, repeatedly, that we were late to an important appointment, and we felt that was not respected. We test drove the vehicle and were ready to purchase it, but needed to do the purchase paperwork the next day because of our appointment. We were told 'just 15 minutes' 'just one more thing' 'we just need to fill out one more thing then you will be all set', things like that to keep us there so we could purchase the vehicle. We finally left 1 1/2 hours after the 'just 15 minutes' comment and ultimately we did NOT purchase the vehicle. We were extremely frustrated and angry at the lack of respect for our wishes and the constant pressure that we HAD to fill out 'just one more thing' so we could purchase the vehicle then told about many other additional options that we did not want, even after we told them we did not want anything extra.
