I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Lexus for 9 years and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 wee and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 weeks ago when I met my new Service Consultant Danny Blinn. After completion of the service, which was excellent in all categories, Danny noticed a spot about the size of a half dollar on my rear driver's door. The spot has been there for over two years and I was previously told it couldn't be buffed out. Danny said it could be buffed out and to bring the car back in a week or two at my convenience and he would have it taken care of, no charge. I brought the car in this morning and 45 minutes later the door was as good as new. My car is back to "show room" condition. The work was absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. I have dealt with many people in this dealership from all departments and I have never received anything less than exemplary service, courteous exchanges and a group of people who want too solve any issues you may have. They won't stop until you're completely satisfied and based on my last two visits with my new Service Consultant Danny those positive experiences will continue. More

As is customary, I was provided with alternate Lexus transportation for several days. Still, by the time the malfunction was resolved, I was ready for the return of my GS300. Indeed, I was pleased to have it back in good running order. As a result of the solid efforts That he demonstrated, I am pleased to convey to you my commendation of Mr. Blinn's high standards of performance, work ethic, and friendly demeanor; These are clearly informed by his technical and team-collaborative proficiency, and, the common touch he exhibits in translating technical jargon into everyday language, easily grasped by laymen, such as myself. We returned to this dealer because of prior positive experiences on two occasions. We knew the type of car we wanted and had confidence in the car itself and the dealer, so much so that we did not shop experiences on two occasions. We were introduced to sales consultant Robert Ross who was very courteous and friendly. We went for a test drive of a Certified Pre-owned RX350 which performed as expected. Then came the fun part of negotiating the deal. We did not initially expect to close the deal that evening, but it was the last day of the month of July and the dealer very much wanted to close the deal prior to month end. They demonstrated flexibility on the value of my 12 year old trade-in and on the price of the car. Our sales consultant stayed with us even though it was well past his time to leave. We were very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to a long term trouble free experience with the car we purchased. More

Rob Williams was assigned as my sales assistance and he immediately put me at ease and made me feel like I made the right decision to do business with the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership. He was sensitive to the emotional attachment I had to my car, which was my very first car and I owned for over 14 years. He was patient with working through the details of the sale and spent time getting me familiar with the mechanics of the car to make sure we got home safely, even though it was their month end and by the time our business was concluded, it was well after 11 p.m. When I called him the following day with a list of things I wanted taken care of on the car, he was never condescending or impatient and never rushed me. He was as detailed as I was with what I wanted done and worked with Marc Scotch in the service department to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. He even completed the work in less time than I expected. He made what is a tedious and overwhelming process very seamless for me and I am incredibly appreciative of the time and patience he afforded me. It is very rare, especially in the car sales industry to find a person who genuinely cares about their client rather than just making a sale and I have first-hand knowledge and experience of why Rob is so good at what he does.
