We started out not planning to buy any car and we were kind of hard on Robert just wanting to test drive several models (and not interested in the typical 'salesman schmooze'. I came into the dealership unsure and nervous but Sam Li, my salesman, made this entire process smooth and easy for me. I felt very welcomed by the sales manager including the business manager, Emma Gyulakian. Sam Li made sure I got the BEST deal there was, and honestly… I did. He is also very knowledgeable in the cars I had in mind which helps me with my decision making. They aren’t as pushy and aggressive like other dealerships, which in my experience makes a girl uncomfortable. Overall, this was the best and largest dealership I have been to. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and service received by Sam Li. I walked out as a HAPPY and SATISFIED Lexus Hybrid owner. I found this dealership online when I was looking for a Lexus dealership. They were one of two that was in the area. I was shopping for a Lexus 450h and this was my first luxury car purchase. I didn't k Lexus dealership. They were one of two that was in the area. I was shopping for a Lexus 450h and this was my first luxury car purchase. I didn't know what to expect. When I first walked into the dealership, I was met by Sam Li. He was friendly and not too sales pushy. He led me to the 2012 model of the car and explained to me the difference between the 2012 and next year's 2013. I wanted the 2012 after he explained it as cheaper and not that much difference. He took me on a test drive and explained to me all the functions of the car and performance. Afterwards, I told him this was the first dealership I went to and therefore couldn't commit right away. He understood and din't pressure me to buy. I did go back a couple of weeks later and buy the car. The price was good and upon delivery, the service was great. Sam walked me through the whole car, full tank of gas, and told me about the loaner car service and that Lexus will pick up the car at my house if I wanted it serviced, for no extra charge. I guess you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend this dealership and especially Sam Li. More
