I actually find buying a car very stressful. I also think that no matter what I do the dealer will make money and the time spent will be no less than 6 hours (annoying). I have never encountered a salesperson who is nice and interested in the purchaser after the sale. Rob is an exception to all my prior car buying experiences. I would buy a car from him again...and that is saying a lot. More

I went to Herb Chambers initially because they participate in the Costco Auto Program, and I have to say that I was very impressed with everyone at the facility. Spero Coston, my sales associate, participate in the Costco Auto Program, and I have to say that I was very impressed with everyone at the facility. Spero Coston, my sales associate, was especially accommodating. He patiently answered every question I had, and did so with good humor. He even stayed late to walk through my new car's features, as I live a distance away and a return trip would have been inconvenient. Was on an out of state trip when I popped in to look at an LX 570. I was impressed with the dealership, professionalism of the staff, and the inventory and wound up really liking the entire experience. I an LX 570. I have purchased 6 Lexus vehicles over the years (all in my home state of NJ) and must say this Lexus purchase was by the far the most enjoyable despite the extra work in doing paperwork by mail and in transferring plates between states. My sales person Jamin was superb in getting things done and in keeping me informed on a daily basis. He went above & beyond more than once including even driving my registration to me at 11PM when I left it in error at the dealership and he is a joy to work with. I have already referred him a family member who purchased a vehicle and I will continue to do so despite the distance of where we live. Lastly, John Andrade was also great in explaining available CPO programs and in re-doing paperwork when I decided to change the loan terms last minute. However the dealing with Herb Chambers was much better and less stressful. When I called my salesman was Jamin Edwards who was great from start to finish. Got a great deal on the IS350 and a very nice trade in number after getting a cash price.Easy negotiating.No game playing. Out of state buying can be a pain.Especially with MA not having the usual 30 day tag option. However,Jamin kept in constant touch with me daily which was welcomed.He made the whole out of state buying experience very easy.Answered all my questions and followed through on everything correctly. Looking for a Lexus,don't hesitate go to Herb Chambers and ask for Jamin Edwards and be treated the way a customer should. John Andrade in the Finance dept is another asset to Herb Chambers.John works with you to make your purchase stress free.No false promises and no leaving you hanging for an answer to a question.John follows through on and does it in a fast way.
