Came to Herb Chambers Lexus to test drive the Lexus RX 350 - Robert ended up locating the exact car I was looking for (Price & mileage and options). Negotiations went very smooth, no pressure. My salesperson, Sal Gulino, was attentive, courteous, sensitive to my budget, and accommodating. He under promised and over delivered. As a very busy professional, I had limited time to search for my new vehicle. I narrowed my search to leasing either another Mercedes Benz or a Lexus (my daughter's recommendation). Once I drove the Lexus with Sal's guidance on features, etc. I was sold. Two things clearly needed to happen for me to make a good decision: like the vehicle AND have a knowledgeable salesperson who did not pressure me into a decision. It was a home run for me. I will recommend Herb Chambers & Sal Gulino to my family & friends. And my daughter, Taryn, is also sold on her next lease...a LEXUS! We contacted Mr.Kessler with a list of tall demands and a short budget! We met with him at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and by 7:00 pm we had bought 2 Lexus 350!! Rob Williams is amazing! My husband and I walked into the dealership late last week to 'look & see' a Lexus prior to turning in my current Nissan Murano leased vehicle. Rob was interested in OUR needs and answered every question thoroughly. He gave us a fair deal and we are so pleased with the new 2012 RX350. At the time of pick-up, Rob greeted us, we toured your BEAUTIFUL facility and were introduced to the service department (WOW). We then 'dined' in your cafe and had great service there. Rob then escorted us to our new RX350 and thoroughly went through every detail of the vehicle - we could tell immediately that Rob knew his stuff!!!!!! The following day, I noticed I had forgotten to take off my personalized license plate frame. I called Rob who immediately 'dove' into the DUMPSTER to retrieve my frame! Can you believe this man???!!! What an OUTSTANDING employee you have, Mr. Chambers. We're true 'lifers' because of Rob. Thank you! More

I brought my '06 RX 400 in for a standard service and it was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for the age it was technically out of warranty. The dealership management (Kristen Keough) found a way to make an exception for me. This we extremely appreciated and well outside of what most dealers would provide. In addition, I had the use of a new RX 300 for over a week as this process was being approved and the work done. I can't recommend this dealer more strongly. More
