After an extensive search online I decided to go to the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership at Sharon since it had a large collection of used cars in my budget and mileage ranges. Being award of the high pressure of buying a used car as well as sale consultant's methods, I supprised with the experience there when working with Sanjay Khairmode. He was friendly, patient and helpful in assisting me on information gathering and test drive of several vehicles of my choices. The negotiation with him and his managers went smoothly; they even offered a $500 coupon and an additional cut in price. He spent few hours with me to facilitate rather force the trade, and was very responsive to my requests and questions above and beyond my expectations. His managers and colleagues in the finance and service department were also friendly and helpful. I returned to exchange the vehicle for another and again Sanjay and the service department provided an excellent service. Sanjay is an excellent saleman and I will come to Herb Chambers Lexus Sharon for future purchases. More

My husband and I saw the Lexus ES 350 parked at Costco. We decided to make an inquiry of the Costco Auto Program to explore the possibilities of purchasing a Lexus at a future date. We were referred to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and they called within 24 hours to make the appointment. We went the same day but not with the the intent of making a same day purchase. We were introduced to Robert Williams who asked many questions to assist us in selecting the Lexus for us. Robert treated us with respect and was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the Lexus. With the test drive, the demo and negotiations our visit was an extended one (about 4 hours) and ended with a purchase and Robert driving us 25 minutes to our car after our daughter had to leave for an appointment. The next day, Robert came to our home to pick up the plates and registration to transfer the plates to our new Lexus. We were very impressed with his customer service. Robert was tops! We went to this dealership on January 2 to look at C.P.O. Lexus vehicles. We were wanted to test drive both the ES and the IS. When we arrived we were impressed by the facility. We told her what we were looking for and she gladly got us a couple of cars to test drive. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. We drove both cars and decided that we liked the ES. We went back inside to discuss price and gave her the keys to our trade. This is where it went downhill. Next thing we know, Aubre is standing off to the side and we are dealing with Mark Classen. He proceeds to make us an insulting offer on our trade, then hand us what he called "coupons" that were worth as much as the car we were trading in! We thanked him for his time and told him we were not interested. Then he handed us two more "coupons". We told him we still were not interested and he kept on pushing. It was not at all what I would expect from a high end dealership. It was like dealing with the stereotypical used car salesman. Meanwhile they are holding the keys to our trade hostage, and we didn't get them back until I started getting upset. Aubre apologized for our experience, but said thats how it is when you are looking at buying a car. Just to let everyone know, we went to two other Lexus dealerships and had pleasant, stress free experiences. Not only did we get the keys to our trade back as soon as they were both done looking at it, they offered us four times the price Herb Chambers did! We ended up buying at Lexus of Watertown, and had an excelent experience. More
I was looking for a used Honda CRV (white) low miles for weeks and found Exactly what I was looking for online @ Herb Chambers Lexus. I had been up and down the automile for a month and had such a terrible experience's that walking into herb Chambers I thought oh here we go again. Especially when I was turning in a old Toyota Rav 2003 and was not looking into a LEXUS. But boy was I wrong.....the minute we met our salesman Joe Bere I felt so comfortable and knew this would be a different experience. Joe was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with this deal and I was. I went back a week later and had to have the radio programmed and dome light bulb put in etc. and Joe was right there to again make sure all was done. I would definetly recommend this dealership and JOE to anyone. They aim to please!!!! Thanks JOE !!!! :) More
On Friday of this week I stopped by the dealership to test drive a hybrid Lexus as my lease was about to expire in a couple months. My first impression of the dealership was splendid. It's abosolutely beautiful, but as the weekend unfolded, I found out how they pay for the stantions of fresh cut calla lilies. After being held in the dealership for three hours, they suggested I took the car overnight for am extended test drive. Sounds like a nice guestute, but really it was a way to get me to return the next day. Don't get me wrong, I loved the car I test drove, but it simply was not in my price range. Instead of showing me car with in my range, they tired to intimidated me with coercive tactics and bringing in other sales people to close the deal. After holding me there for another two hours and making me late to work yet again, they told me to take the car again and come back in the morning. When I returned on Sunday, the deal was not as it seamed the day before and when I asked to think about it overnight, they were resistant to give me the keys to my car and brought in the sales manager under the disguise of checking in on the service, but really to again intimidate me. They also made me feel bad about using the car for two days, as if was my idea to take it and have to commute 45 minutes to Sharon (that's 3 hours of my life I wish I had back). Further, this was not a genuine attempt to deliver excellent service, but rather to force me to have to come back and yet again feel pressure. The defining moment was when I finally was able to leave, the sales person reached out his hand with my cold, 3/4 empty cup of dealership coffee and said, "This is yours, did you still want this?" When I replied, "Its ok, you can just throw it away," he stood there catatonically, glaring me down while holding the cup as if he was disgusted by me. In that moment I have never felt so bad and I knew I would never return. Beyond the marbel facade and gleaming building this was the WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Its unfortunate, because I'm sure there are genuine people at Lexus of Sharron, but I was treated like a dollar sign and not like a respected customer. Perspective customers beware and think twice about going here. More

I got a grand tour of the amazing facilities from him. Rob was very knowledgeable and he was able to find me the car with all my requirements in no time. I went to Lexus of Sharon initially just to browse around but by the end of the four hours, I was already driving away with my new Lexus RX350. I'm very happy with my car and was very pleased throughout the whole car buying experience. More
My husband and I drove 2 hours to Herb Chambers this past weekend in search of a used Lexus, and it was well worth the trip. The showroom was beautiful! We worked with Robert Williams who was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to try and find a car to fit our budget. From start to finish we spent a total of 4 hours there but ended up driving home in a 2007 Lexus in like-new condition. While waiting for all the necessary paperwork to be approved, we were treated to complimentary sandwiches and beverages in the cafe and watched part of the Patriots game in the lounge. We never thought buying a car could be such a pleasurable experience. Rob was very professional and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
