Dear Erik_A, I received your feedback with regards to your recent experience with us. We pride ourselves on doing everything possible to make our customer experience a truly satisfying one we clearly came up short when you were here. I first want to apologize as it appears we had taken too long to get you the information needed during your first visit with us on Friday. We certainly should have shown you vehicles that were within the budget you’ve set aside for yourself. I regret to hear that we made you late for work the following day as well. We should have been more respectful of your time while you were here with us. We like to offer extended and overnight test drives to give our clients the chance to really get to know the vehicle and to be sure it truly fits their needs. This is surely not mandatory it is just one of many services we offer our clients. We should have allowed you additional time to think everything over as this is an extremely important decision and I can understand you wanting to be well informed before moving forward.
