I am a first time Lexus owner and having someone like Sam Li helping me was great. He was very resourceful, friendly, generous, down to earth, etc and any other good word you can think of and I'm not just s Li helping me was great. Robert was extremely accommodating, even though every car we were interested in was sold before we could make a deal on it! He kept plugging until he found a car that made me happy. Though the showroom was supposed to close at 5:00; he and his associate stayed until 7:30, emptied my trade in (I was not expecting to take the car home that day!) in the pouring rain, showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car, and even programmed some phone numbers for me. He never stopped smiling and kept reassuring me that the time was not an issue! I would have loved to be able to buy the car for less than I paid, but honestly, I am loving every minute in it, so it was worth it! More
