I found this dealership online when I was looking for a Lexus dealership. They were one of two that was in the area. I was shopping for a Lexus 450h and this was my first luxury car purchase. When I first walked into the dealership, I was met by Sam Li. He was friendly and not too sales pushy. He led me to the 2012 model of the car and explained to me the difference between the 2012 and next year's 2013. I wanted the 2012 after he explained it as cheaper and not that much difference. He took me on a test drive and explained to me all the functions of the car and performance. Afterwards, I told him this was the first dealership I went to and therefore couldn't commit right away. He understood and din't pressure me to buy. I did go back a couple of weeks later and buy the car. The price was good and upon delivery, the service was great. Sam walked me through the whole car, full tank of gas, and told me about the loaner car service and that Lexus will pick up the car at my house if I wanted it serviced, for no extra charge. I guess you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend this dealership and especially Sam Li. More

I had been looking for a car on and off for over a year. Living in NH I only looked at dealerships in my state. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Guia. I didn't intend on purchasing a car that day but that's just what I did and it was because of Alex. He asked all the right questions, was polite and knowledgeable and made my decision an easy one. And that's not all... Typically once you purchase a car and sign the paperwork the deal is done, but not with Alex. Alex went above and beyond when he delivered the car. He took the time to review all the features, answer any questions about care and maintenance and even programmed the car to open my garage. I was blown away by his customer service and desire to make sure that I was truly happy that I purchased a Lexus. I have to say Alex accomplished just that! Since my purchase I have mentioned Herb Chambers of Sharon no less than a dozen times, and Alex Guia's name is ALWAYS included in the statement.
