My husband and I had been considering buying a Lexus, but hadn't made a decision. I generally dislike going to car dealerships and am usually not comfortable with sales reps. However, when we stopped into Herb Chambers in Sharon and met Robert Williams, it was a different experience. He made our the decision easy without making me feel pressured. Rob really paid attention to our needs and understood what was especially important to us in a car. We had come to look at the new hybrid hatchback, but Rob listened "between the lines" and had us test drive our second choice, the IS 250. We ended up buying it on the spot (a first for us after many years of purchasing cars and meeting sales reps!) When I returned a few days later to drop off the title of our old car and get an inspection sticker, Rob spent more than an hour with me setting up the bluetooth and navigation and answering all my questions about the car's features. I must say this was the most pleasurable car purchasing experience I have ever had, and we are definitely sold on Lexus, Herb Chambers, and Rob Williams. Thanks, Rob! More

Was very impressed not only with Robert Williams but with the quality of the used car and with all the time that the Robert spent with me on the lot. My wife had a 2001 Lexus RX300 with a little over a 120k the quality of the used car and with all the time that the Robert spent with me on the lot. Robert helped me find a similiar one (white exterior, beige interior, which is my wife's fav) and this 2006 400h was a certified pre-owned one. My wife came back from an 11 day vacation spent with her family in Europe and noticed right away that the car was different. After her initial shock and delight we took it for a small test drive and she was not only loving me but loving her new (used car as well. “Still on cloud-nine” If you asked my wife, she is still in shock at her 41st birthday present a 2011 Lexus ES350. I explained this to Joe and he was full of great ideas on how to make this happen. Joe suggested to have the car in showroom with a big red bow on the roof and come in with my wife and kids and like we were car shopping. We did just that and of all the vehicles that were in the showroom, when asked what do you think about this one, my wife stated “I like the one with the red bow.” The car was turn-key ready to drive off the showroom floor and one of the best car experience I have ever had. I've worked in Fortune 500 companies throughout the years and have never found the customer experience that Herb Chambers provides. From the greeter at the door, to the sales person, to the sales manager, etc. everyone was super. You just don't find that many places these days. In addition the price that I paid for my new Lexus was the best around. I even had a competing Lexus dealer email me that Herb Chambers had to be loosing money for the price that I paid. While I doubt they lost money on the deal I think it was much lower than many other dealers are willing to sell for. The Service is also amazing. It's the only dealership I know of that provides free car cash and vacuuming for your new car for free. As the explain it, it keeps your in better shape being clean so you can trade it in for more. A great service!! We also love the Customer Lounge. Have a drink, a snack, or lunch on them depending on when you go there. Everything you need to do work or relax is there including PCs, TVs, room for kids, etc. We almost don't want to leave. With great service, super prices, and exceptional staff; I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to EVERYONE! More
