My visit to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon is a long drive from where I am from, BUT it is worth it. I came into the dealership unsure and nervous but Sam Li, my salesman, made this entire process smooth and easy for me. I felt very welcomed by the sales manager including the business manager, Emma Gyulakian. Sam Li made sure I got the BEST deal there was, and honestly… I did. He is also very knowledgeable in the cars I had in mind which helps me with my decision making. They aren’t as pushy and aggressive like other dealerships, which in my experience makes a girl uncomfortable. Overall, this was the best and largest dealership I have been to. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and service received by Sam Li. I walked out as a HAPPY and SATISFIED Lexus Hybrid owner. Btw, If you speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), you MUST visit him… he’s great working with bilingual clients as well. More
