I went into Herb Chambers Lexus dealership in search of a completely different SUV. I had my heart set on getting an Acura MDX which they did have but was in the process of being sold by the time I got aroun completely different SUV. A Lexus wasn't on my list of vehicles that I was interested in purchasing, however, that quickly changed once Sam Li began to show a few that I might be interested in. Being at the Lexus dealership they didn't have new jeep compass's, but through there concierge referral program Amanda got me set up with the Herb Chambers Danvers dealership and I couldn't have had a better experience. I bought the car through them, with Amanda’s help, even though she wasn't technically getting anything out of it. I know get my car serviced at Herb Chambers Lexus, and have had a great experience with that as well. I will surely go through Amanda for all further purchases, as she couldn't have been more helpful, professional, and courteous. I was so impressed with Robert and Tim. They worked tirelessly to get me into a 2008 Lexus 400h. Being financially challenged at the moment they went above and beyond. This is my 4th RX350 that I have purchased from Herb Chambers Lexus since June, 2006. After my unsatisfactory experience in purchasing my last RX350 when the Sales Consultant and Sales Manager would no Chambers Lexus since June, 2006. After my unsatisfactory experience in purchasing my last RX350 when the Sales Consultant and Sales Manager would not work with me in getting the options that I wanted. This time I decided to go a different route by using the Car Finder. By doing that it brought me to Danielle Brown who set up an appointment for me to come up from Cape Cod the following Sunday. During the week I was sent several vehicles to choose from when I finally found my new 2013 RX350 in Claret Mica with the options I wanted I was introduced to Robert Williams. I wish I had Robert on my last purchase. I'm very happy with my new RX350 and was surprised that Robert got it ready for me to take it home. More
