Sanjay Khairmode, my sales rep and primary point of contact, was stellar… from my first visit to test drive through the purchase and then delivery to my residence, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Scott Brothers, sales manager, was efficient… he was reasonable and made it happen quickly. My total negotiation time occurred in less than three brief phone calls from home in the evening after my visit. Clayton Zak, finance manager, was diligent… he offered other purchase options then smoothly executed the paperwork while providing additional information throughout. The dealership, HC Lexus of Sharon, was unlike any other I have seen… spacious, spotless, and classy. Aside from the showroom floor, it felt more like a hotel than an auto dealership with lounges, business center, fireplaces, TVs, kids playroom, breakfast and lunch, and coffee bar. Sam Pellows is a truly unique man, the term car salesperson does not do him justice. Sam is a great combination of technical knowledge, social skills, tact, and professionalism. Whether it is a new high-end vehicle or a car that came in as a trade end he puts the same amont of care and effort into assisting with the purchase. He has had a great eye for finding us really great cars. We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from his dealership, the last 2 from him. We like to buy late model certified vehicles with a lot of extras and he has devoted himself to finding those cars for us. Recently he even extended himself to help find a car for our daughter who could not afford anything typical of a Lexus dealership. Spero's been in the industry for a long time and tenure in the auto industry is primarily a function of how well you treat your customers. Referrals are how you ensure long-term success. When I met Spero I wasn't surprised why I was referred to him. From start to finish, it was a great car-buying experience and Spero played a key role in that experience. It went like this...I talked with Spero over the phone, told him what I was looking for and set up an appointment to go in to meet him. After a complete tour of the facility, which is quite amazing, Spero and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for and why, how I liked to do business and the fact that I didn't have a lot of free time to spend on the process. Spero spent quite a bit of time with me, understanding what was important to me before we discussed any vehicle options. We then took a few test rides, he answered the questions I had, and offered his perspective and experience. He then took charge of expediting the process and getting all the details organized so I didn't need to do much more than show up when my car was ready.
