We worked with Robert Williams who was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to try and find a car to fit our budget. From start to finish we spent a total of 4 hours there but ended up driving home in a 2007 Lexus in like-new condition. While waiting for all the necessary paperwork to be approved, we were treated to complimentary sandwiches and beverages in the cafe and watched part of the Patriots game in the lounge. We never thought buying a car could be such a pleasurable experience. Rob was very professional and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. During our test drive, Spero made it a point to tour us through the unique service department as well as compliment his fellow co-workers in that department. You could feel the culture of team work and quality in every aspect of the dealership. When it was time to "talk money" we were presented with a competitive price for the vehicle and trade offer. It was a very cordial and simple process. The paperwork and financing process went smoothly and was explained thoroughly; there were no "surprises". Their finance officers, Neil and Niko were extremely helpful and obtained a great interest rate. When we picked up our car, Spero spent about 3 hours with us going over all safety features and other features. We were also introduced to Ricky, a service advisor, who was very kind and congratulated us on our new purchase.
