I consider Spero more than a sales representative, he is more a consultant and advisor to me. He has earned my trust over the last 14 years and I would not buy a car from anyone else. In addition I always have my car serviced at the dealership and it paid off when the insurance company settled the value of my car. The service is excellent and very friendly. My gratitude goes to Spero for selling me a new beautiful ES350 in sparkling white. I love my new car! More important I will continue to sing the praises of Spero and Herb Chambers Lexus for years to come. More
A family friend suggested this dealership over the local competitor, so I thought it was worth making the longer drive to visit. My first take was that it was a top-notch establishment; the front desk staff competitor, so I thought it was worth making the longer drive to visit. Additionally, the business development staff I conversed with via email was a pleasure to talk to. I was impressed. The sales manager kindly stopped by during my visit, and mentioned the great deal I was going to get. Unfortunately, they did not have the particular model of vehicle in stock that I was looking for. However, the vibe of professionalism and courtesy left a great impression, making me want to do business with Herb Chambers Lexus. So I changed what I was looking for, and opted to instead attempt to purchase a vehicle that was about $7,000 more than I had planned on spending. However, I felt like I trusted this business. Then it was time to negotiate price, and given the earlier comment about a great deal, I had decent expectations. However, I was greatly disappointed. Their "best" price offered me a trade in value thousands below KBB, and the 'discount' to MSRP was a fraction of what was listed on Edmonds TMV. Also worth mentioning that it was the end of the model year. Given that I had moved so far from my budget, in an effort to make a deal happen, I had hoped to they would be willing to "meet in the middle," and move noticeably on their side as well, but apparently not. I have very little free time, and felt like I unfortunately wasted it attempting to negotiate a fair deal with Herb Chambers Lexus. I do not feel it is fair to mentioned the individuals encountered by name, as ultimately this experience was predominantly influenced by a single individual being inflexible with price; chances are I may have not even met that person. I bought 2009 Nissan Maxima from Herb Chambers Lexus through Costco Auto program. After I signed up the Costco Auto program on the internet, Lexus dealer's customer service, Angela, called me within 15 through Costco Auto program. Then I scheduled the appointment with her (her services is good, friendly and polite) On my "big" day, Angela introduced Rob to me and then Rob walked me through what the Costco Auto Program is. Then he is really patient to listen what my budget is and what kind of car I am looking for. When I picked up the car, he carefully went through everything with me. For example, how to connect my cell phone to the car, and all other functions from the cars. (His service is excellent ---- patient, good listener, understand every point I need) Joe explained the add-on package to me. He is a very nice person. At one point, I did not really want to sign up any add-on package because of the expensive monthly payment. He helped me out to balance the monthly payment, and the deposit, and package selection. Finally, I signed up couple add-on items. Thank you for all!! your service is great. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to my friend and my coworker. If I need to buy another car in the future, I know where to buy it from now. More

After the test drive and overcoming my questions and concerns from my prior visit about a new RX (I have owned two prior Lexus’s from Herb Chambers) we began the dreaded deal process, only to find Nick most helpful and making the process easy. This positive experience continued through the financing, delivery and I drove away with my new car. As a woman, I feel like he is genuine and sincere, and trustworthy. I am a regular at the dealership and encourage others to buy/lease from them. My recent trip to Herb Chambers Lexus actually left me pleasantly surprised. I worked with Sam Pellows whom seemed quite knowledgeable and relaxed. Instead of making me feel like I was being sold a vehicle, I was left with the overall impression that I was being helped to find something to suit my needs. As I assume most people do in this type of technological environment, I went into the dealership “knowing” what I wanted and what would be best for my uses. Fortunately instead of simply showing me what I insisted on looking at, Sam also helped me to realize that there were options that I wasn’t even aware of. With the vast amount of products on the market both used and new, the options can be overwhelming. I was very pleased to find a dealership that was not only able to help match me to the most appropriate vehicle for my needs, but also left me feeling positive about the decision I had made and relaxed and refreshed after the experience. I would gladly return to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon and am happy to find that in this market of price price and more price, quality service still exists. More
