We bought our first Lexus two weeks ago, and what a pleasant experience it was. We are thrilled with our purchase at HerbChambers Lexus of Sharon, and our buying experience with Spero Coston was one pleasant experience it was. We are thrilled with our purchase at HerbChambers Lexus of Sharon, and our buying experience with Spero Coston was one of the best. We had visited other competing dealerships and also test drove other brands including BMW, Infiniti, Volvo and Acura and this was by far the best. After having test driven two models of Lexus, we knew we would be going with one of them, for sure. We came back a week later with our decision made to drive out in a Lexus! And Spero made the entire process a very smooth one. We had done our research and knew what we were ready to pay. There was not much haggling. As soon as Spero sensed that we were steady on our price, he immediately approached his manager and came back with a positive answer. We came back for the car a week later and Spero gave us a thorough ‘orientation’ with our car. He went through every single feature and gave us a few tips and do’s and don’ts! Never ever did we think that the process would be such a smooth and stress free one! We are very happy with both our purchase and our experience with Spero and would gladly recommend both to our friends. For those of you looking into a Lexus, ask for Spero when you get there. Guaranteed, you will come out happy customer! More
