I left thinking that when I was ready to purchase another Lexus, Rob would be the one I would go to. One year later, my husband and I returned to the dealership and had a most pleasant experience. We did our research on-line and actually "dropped by" the dealership at least twice just to look around. Rob was extremely helpful He assured us that he would work with us to find the right car for us and emphasized that he wanted us to be completely satisfied.. And he did and we were! Rob worked very hard to have everything in order for us. He gave us his complete attention. He was extremely professional and helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rob spend a great amount of time explaining and showing us the many great features in our new Lexus. Not only on the day we drove the Lexus home, but also on the day I stopped by the dealership. Rob was very helpful and happily answered my questions. Rob Williams has set a new and extremely high standard in Professionalism and Customer Care and Service! I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Lexus for 9 years and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 wee and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 weeks ago when I met my new Service Consultant Danny Blinn. After completion of the service, which was excellent in all categories, Danny noticed a spot about the size of a half dollar on my rear driver's door. The spot has been there for over two years and I was previously told it couldn't be buffed out. Danny said it could be buffed out and to bring the car back in a week or two at my convenience and he would have it taken care of, no charge. I brought the car in this morning and 45 minutes later the door was as good as new. My car is back to "show room" condition. The work was absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. I have dealt with many people in this dealership from all departments and I have never received anything less than exemplary service, courteous exchanges and a group of people who want too solve any issues you may have. They won't stop until you're completely satisfied and based on my last two visits with my new Service Consultant Danny those positive experiences will continue. More

Mr. Blinn, your Lexus service associate, Always kept me well informed, as he worked diligently to resolve the malfunction. As is customary, I was provided with alternate Lexus transportation for several days. Still, by the time the malfunction was resolved, I was ready for the return of my GS300. Indeed, I was pleased to have it back in good running order. As a result of the solid efforts That he demonstrated, I am pleased to convey to you my commendation of Mr. Blinn's high standards of performance, work ethic, and friendly demeanor; These are clearly informed by his technical and team-collaborative proficiency, and, the common touch he exhibits in translating technical jargon into everyday language, easily grasped by laymen, such as myself. These conclusions are my well founded impressions of Mr. Blinn. May they serve to acknowledge that his work ethic is not only competent, but in my opinion, warrants high distinction. More
