He was totally prepared for our visit and he found us a great new Lexus for our family! Even our children love the change. We couldn't believe that turning in our year old Lexus was even a viable option, but he made it happen. We couldn't be more thrilled and would have just lived out the remaining months of our lease without his call. I called ahead this time and Sanjay had every model I wanted to drive ready for me, Niko knew the terms of my last lease and had the terms and paperwork for the 300 done in no time and I was extremely happy to find that Kristen is still my service consultant - she is beyond professional. More than one thing struck me during this transaction...not only was it easy, but I had two of the three people I had dealt with four years earlier to count on. The only reason I didn't have the same team of three...my original salesperson had rightfully been promoted to business manager. Pressed for time, Rob Ross provided me a vehicle to drive my gf home so that she could get to her appointment and we could finish the paperwork. When I returned all of the paperwork had been executed, I only needed to sign. After the initial sales process was finished I sat down with Tim Mullin in the business department. Tim was conscientious and diligent and just as friendly as the rest of the Lexus team. Their hours are great, their follow up is impeccable and they certainly go the extra mile. I have never received such great after sales support and follow through. I cant imagine buying a car from someone else.
