I had the pleasure of walking into Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and having Robert Williams come over and assist me. I was somewhat on a limited time schedule being it was before my work day. He took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and found me just that. Every inch of my Lexus ES350 is perfect. Robert gave no pressure in our talking about figures, he continually made me feel comfortable and he worked with me. The next day I brought my son and husband along to finish everything and much to my surprise it was all set. He went over every bell and whistle my car has to offer with all three of us. I have never dealt with such a friendly, professional and down to earth sales man. I would not only highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to anyone but I would tell them it is a must to sit with Robert. I am more than pleased with this pain free experience! More

We just recently bought a new Lexus at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. This was not the Lexus dealership we had normally gone to. I am originally from Massachusetts but currently live in Portland, Oregon. I bought a Lexus RX 350 in September of 2013. Not only did he answer my questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, but he encouraged me to call him any time.
