He helped us understand why the ES 300H was a good value in addition to providing all the creature comforts I wanted. He was knowledgeable about comparable cars on the market and quickly helped us eliminate some of the other brands that we had yet to test drive based on our expressed goals for our new vehicle. We have a brand new Lexus RX350 and we love it. With some hesitation I traveled to this dealership to look at a Lexus. The dealership is truly impressive; it's large, bright, and very welcoming. Mr Clifford is very well informed; there wasn't a question he wasn't able to answer. He was very professional, had a nice direct manner. We in no way felt pressured to purchase a new or even a used car. We felt the customer service available was excellent and we know that the service we will need in the future will be excellent as well. We were greeted by the receptionist, made to feel welcome, and assigned a salesperson that we loved to deal with. What more could you ask for? Terrific experience purchasing new Lexus RX 350 with Omar Adem. We were utilizing the Costco Auto Buying program so there was no "negotiation" per se. During the delivery visit, he was very patient with his explanations of the technology ( absolutely necessary for a Luddite like me). He also noticed a slight flaw in the protective coating (which we would never have noticed) and immediately arranged to have it corrected. The car valet picked-up and delievered our new car from our home for the minor repair - we live about 12 miles from dealership. Simply a great service. Definitely would recommend Omar Adem and Herb Chambers Lexus. More
