My schedule was very difficult during the buying experience and Sanjay was willing to come in on his day off, stay late the next night and w service. I still bring my 2005 Lexus ES 330 to the Dealership for service, and Danny has always treated me with respect and professionalism, even though my vehicle is not a newer model. Every time I make an appointment, I know I will be treated fairly and honestly with regard to necessary repairs and service. Danny stays in communication throughout the day, so the work needed and the price, are never a surprise. He also takes the initiative to inform me of what service will be needed in the future so I can plan accordingly. I have never felt like he is trying to sell me something I don't need, which can be a common practice within vehicle service departments. Car repairs can be very stressful as they can impact finances as well as day to day conveniences, and thankfully, with Danny as my service consultant, I have never had to worry about either.
