I was searching for a new car and a couple people at my gym recommended I go to this dealership. When I entered the dealership the girls at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. Madison introduced me to Omar who would help me through the entire purchase. As soon as I met Omar, I knew I was in good hands! He listened to what I was looking for and was not pushy at all! Not only was Omar kind and knowledgable, but you could tell he had impeccable taste and style! He gave me a tour of the building and made me feel comfortable and at home. I really enjoyed going for the test drives with him and he helped me find my dream car. He made sure i was taken care of and kept offering me beverages or snacks. Omar went above and beyond my expectations! I was a first time car buyer with really no credit and Omar introduced me to Kolls to help me with financing. I had a consigner but wanted to be listed as the primary without getting an outrageous interest rate. When I met Kolls, he was so nice and genuine! I was extremely surprised at the caliber of people at this place, not the norm that you would expect to find! Kolls worked hard to get me the financing I was looking for. I never thought it could be so joyful going over financing, but with an infectious laugh like Kolls, it was! He answered all of my questions and concerns in a very professional manner, even when I became a little flustered. This was an amazing experience purchasing my Lexus. And it was really an experience! Omar and Kolls made me feel like I was part of the family! I will highly recommend going to see Omar for their future car purchases to anyone lucky enough to get the message!!!!!!! :) More

When it was time to sit down and discuss the lease options he was very professional. knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, although it was his day off, Sanjay came in to accommodate my schedule - I didn't know that it was his off day until I came in to pick up the car. I found Nick Salem to be honest, trustworthy, respectful of my time and professional when meeting him in person. This dealership has proven to be so reliable in their promises to deliver my car to my home, even sending their technology specialist to me out of town to educate me further. Every phone call and contact with Nick Salem or Nick Pacheco has been so pleasant, that I am spreading the word about this dealership with much enthusiasm. I love my car and am so happy that I traveled the 90 miles to purchase this vehicle. My previous RX was 12 years old and couldn't have been more reliable, so I plan to visit the service department for many years to come to keep it in excellent condition. In all the years I have been bringing cars in for service appointments I can honestly say that my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon has been by far the best. He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! As I said earlier, he is awesome. I am driving my second Lexus purchased at Herb Chambers and I anticipate many more years of Lexus driving through this dealership and I am hoping Danny is there for every mile! More
