Initially impressed by his friendliness and low pressure approach, I was happy to have a Robert's contagious enthusiasm for the product and the customer's needs. He clearly stands buy the brand and is completely knowledgeable about every detail. During the test drive, he highlighted the performance and handling as well as the technology of the car. He also clearly explained each technological amenity and advantage of the Lexus 350. (Quite patient with all my questions as well.) After the negotiations were complete-and they too, were stress free- and I met with the financial team-Robert was not satisfied until every detail was complete. I had left the DOT transponder in my trade-in and it was kept and returned to me when I returned for my inspection sticker.
