Danny Blinn is the reason I go to Herb Chambers for service. He is always looking out for my best interest in servicing my Lexus's. I especially appreciate my salesman Nick Salem for his efforts to right-fit me into the vehicle of my choice – a 2014 Lexus IS 250 F Sport. He was very respectful, sincere, polite, and honest. Nick makes the impossible possible! He was able to locate the interior and exterior of my preference – red interior and ultra-white exterior. He also took the time to educate me on the features and benefits of the model. Nick made sure I understood the different specs in the Lexus IS model and answered all of my questions accordingly. My experience at Lexus was extremely delightful! I have already recommended the dealership to my family and friends. I called with an issue with paring my phone to my car. Danny went way out of his way to locate another 2007 ES350 on the lot so that he could help me over the telephone. I had heard that type of promise before from other Dealers when I was looking to purchase my Lexus and a day or two would go by before I received a return call. Danny called back in under 5 minutes just like he said. I was very impressed. Danny talked me through every part so that I would know in the future how to do this and told me if I had any issues to call him back. This is the type of service I have always received from this Lexus Dealer whenever I have had a problem or a question. I always recommend this Dealer when I have friends that are looking to purchase a car and I know my next vehicle will come from here as well. Lexus -- you employ fantastic people!! More
It is a pleasure to see Danny who is always upbeat and smiling. On this last visit, I had an out of warranty shock absorbers issue which he was able to get covered thru 'corporate'. Janine Zuckerman, Sales and Leasing Consultant, was very professional and very knowledgeable in our dealings. She bent over backwards to find the specific vehicle I was looking for. I wanted a white exterior and gray interior to match the roof rack, which, by the way, are gray on all vehicles. There were only two available in the database. Through several phone calls, she was able to locate my vehicle that I requested. She showed me how to program all the necessary controls that I was interested in and then some. She was a very pleasant individual to deal with. Her suggestions about additional protection packages were also instrumental in my purchase of those packages. Tricia Jarvis, Business Manager, was also a very professional and pleasant individual to deal with. Her sales and purchase agreement was precise and what was exactly what I anticipated the total purchase price to be. She described the two packages that I purchased and also showed me a sample vehicle to see what they would be like. By viewing the guards on another vehicle, this sold me on them Also, Rocco, Janine's manager, was very professional in his dealings. He was true to his word about the pricing of my new beautiful Lexus. In closing, I had a great experience dealing with Herb Chambers Lexus, and I look forward to servicing my vehicle with you in the future. I took my Lexus ES 350 in for a scheduled maintenance and decided to browse the showroom while I waited (as I normally do when I visit Herb Chambers). However this time I wanted to check out the 2014 IS 250 decided to browse the showroom while I waited (as I normally do when I visit Herb Chambers). However this time I wanted to check out the 2014 IS 250 up close and in person (I had been admiring it online for weeks). As I exited the service lounge towards the showroom I spotted a 2014 IS 250 f Sport. Of course I had to get in and explore it a bit before eventually forcing myself to get out of it. I then wandered about the showroom for a while. I was asked by a few different representatives if they could help me with anything. My response each time was no....because really I was just taking up time while waiting for service to be done on my car. I did not have an objective of purchasing a car that day. After at least 3 times around the showroom I decided I should speak to someone just to review lease/purchase options. (At this time I still had no intention of getting a new vehicle that day) I went to the reception desk and asked to speak with someone. Moments later Omar Adem came out to greet me with a friendly smile. I explained briefly what I wanted to inquire about. On our way to his office I told him about my 'encounter' with the IS 250 f Sport in the showroom. He said "oh you gotta drive it". We discussed things and within a few the IS 250 f Sport was off the floor and waiting outside for me to go on a test drive. Omar spoke very knowledgeably about this car. He highlighted the differences between my ES 350 and this new car. He answered all the questions I had and very patiently explained and helped my understand my options. Somewhere in this process I am now considering leaving with a new car. Besides all my other 'must haves' one of the most important ones that I needed Omar to deliver on was to get me within my monthly payment target. Well needless to say he did that...because I drove that IS 250 f Sport home that night! I'd also like to mention that I met with Clay Zak who I also found to be very knowledgeable and supportive in guiding me towards to the best solutions for me. He was easy to talk to, informative and explained things well. He also understood my needs and helped see that they were met. Lastly, there was a sales representative (whose name I unfortunately did not get). He sat diagonally across from Omar. While I was waiting, he came over and thoughtfully came over and offered to get me a beverage or snack. Thank you. You guys are all terrific. I am enjoying my new IS 250. Thanks Omar! Thanks Clay!
