Initial concern due to negative reviews was proved unfounded I was shopping for a car and had periused reviews of various dealer ships in the state. Because of the negative comments by a few previous buyers I was apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised to find that was not so. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Nick, the sales rep Accomodated me in everyway answered questions, gave good advice and made the whole experience pleasant. Did not try to pressure me into a sale and did not iuse any high pressure sales tactics. I did not find a suitable car and instead of strong arming me into buying another, suggested alternatives and agreed to look out for what I wanted and keep me informed. If and when they do , I will be happy to make the purchase from this dealership. More

Herb Chambers Lexus IS by far the BEST Dealership!!! I was recently in your dealership, thinking about trading in my ES 300 hybrid for an RX. I used to own an RX and although I really am enjoying my ES 3 I was recently in your dealership, thinking about trading in my ES 300 hybrid for an RX. She is always able to answer all of my questions and put any and all of my concerns at rest and never makes me feel pressured!
