I have just been through one of the best car buying experiences of my life and there are couple of people I would like to recognize. Your Lexus dealership in Sharon had a 2007 Honda CR-V that looked experiences of my life and there are couple of people I would like to recognize. Your Lexus dealership in Sharon had a 2007 Honda CR-V that looked like a good deal. Danielle and Angela both answered my email from my Cargurus inquiry within a few hours. I made my appointment and prepared for the adventure. Although I had driven past the Lexus dealership many times, it seemed like a daunting prospect to enter it. What a magnificent building. I could have skated across the floor. I was greeted at the entrance and escorted by Sandra Zeica to her station. She had the car ready to go; we wasted no time. I was very pleased that the car was still available. I enjoyed the test drive very much but observed that the car had a shimmy @65mph. When we returned to the dealership, Sandra showed me the paperwork for the car and what had been done to prepare it for sale. On the report, someone else had noted that there was a shimmy. Sandra immediately called a service technician, Raphael, who accompanied us on another test drive. Although the problem was less noticeable, when we returned, the car was taken to service to remedy it. The rest of the transaction was the most peaceful, relaxing sale I have ever made. I didn't feel any pressure to buy the car. But it was exactly what I wanted, so I couldn't refuse it! Sandra was a wonderful negotiator and I got a very acceptable price as well as a decent trade amount for my very tired old car. When I finally got to close the deal with Joe Beré, I was delighted. He was the most fair, clear finance manager I have ever met. I was interested in only a few of the warranty options but I was pleased to be offered so many on a used car. The whole deal was completed in a day and Sandra even drove the car to my house to get the final signatures from my husband. The hardest part of the whole day was saying good bye to my old trusted car. But, I got over it! My beautiful new-to-me Honda CR-V was sitting in its place. Since picking up my new RX 350F Sport, which I love and wouldn't have picked without Omar getting me to test drive it, I have had the car picked up twice for service. Each time the process has been smooth and the dealership has been very accommodating of my schedule. With little children at home, it has been a great help to have Omar helping me out with scheduling appointments and making sure that I am always happy with my car. Since I started using Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon about five years ago I've noticed progressive improvement from very good to great in all those areas, with the biggest jump in the last two items above occurring with the addition of Danny Blinn. I'd worked with Danny at another Lexus dealer and was thrilled when I found he had moved to the one nearest me! He makes sure everything necessary is done (and done right) and what is not necessary is not done. Overall, I am very pleased with the care the whole team provides for my 2010 RX450h, especially since I keep my cars for at least 150,000 miles! More

My wife and I are both on our second Lexus's; the RX for me and the GS for Elizabeth. There are a number af excellent choices of automobiles out there. So why four Lexus's? One reason: the superior service provided by Dan Blinn! More
When a routine service visit to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon uncovered an eminent safety issue I was devastated. I loved my 2005 Lexus RX330 which I had purchased from a non-Lexus dealer only a few years Sharon uncovered an eminent safety issue I was devastated. I loved my 2005 Lexus RX330 which I had purchased from a non-Lexus dealer only a few years earlier. The question became whether to fix the problem which was quite expensive, or purchase a new vehicle. My RX330 didn’t have a navigation system, which was the one thing that I thought would make that car perfect. I met with Janine in the sales department and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We found a number of vehicles that would fit into my budget. After test driving a few of them, I decided on a 2007 RX350 that had the navigation system that I wanted. Price became an issue but we were able to negotiate a very fair price and trade-in value. But the story didn’t end there. Because of the safety issue which involved the steering, they were going to send me home in my new car that afternoon. A final inspection of the new car found one little issue that needed to be addressed. Rather that keep me there any longer, they sent me home in a loaner car so I didn’t have to drive my car and feel unsafe. How great was that! Very low key, respectful, and knew her stuff. No high pressure tactics which was a big plus. After picking out a the car, I dealt with Sam. He walked me through their offer and explained in great detail the Chambers side of the deal. We had a back and forth and the del was done to my satisfaction in less than 10 minutes. Everything from there on was top notch. From Clayton on the business side to the running around they did to get my car registered. In conclusion, Herb Chambers Lexus is what car buying should be all about. More
Since 2004 Danny has gone over and above to resolve issues with my Lexus LS430. Just one example was in 2009. My briefcase was stolen with the second set of keys. Danny made sure the car was kept at the dealership. He provided me with a loaner. He made sure Lexus shipped out new locks. He kept me informed on the status in a timely manner. The matter was taken care of in a very efficient/professional manner. This time I called Danny in the morning for a service appointment. He asked me to bring the car in at 2.30p.m. the same day. He provide a loaner. He made note of the issues to be solved, oil/lube, swap to snow tyres. He kept me informed on progress, called me the next morning, the car was ready to be picked up. They said they do not hold cars, but do people drive up and immediately drive off with the new car, this' was the second car I purchased from them, it seemed odd to me. They have always treated us nicely there, I have no problems with the dealership, just this strange policy More
